This immaculate, spacious home is situated all on one level for easy access. This home is located at one of the only pristine and undiscovered areas left on the Florida's East Coast.
The home is professionally decorated with an elegant tropical flare. There are two bedrooms, each with queen beds. There is also a den with sliding french patio doors with a private lanai overlooking the pool area and gardens. The living room looks out over a small lanai in the front of the home. The dining room overlooks the pool and large covered lanai. The kitchen is light, bright and fully equipped and also overlooks the pool, lanai and tropical gardens. The kitchen has a tiled pass-through window to the lanai. The large covered lanai has barstools at the pass through counter, a dining table for outdoor dining and a sitting area. Plenty of room just to relax by the pool! There are four lounge chairs around the pool for those who wish to soak up some Florida sunshine. There is imported Italian tile in the kitchen, with lovely terrazzo floors throughout the rest of the home. This 'Tropical Paradise' is fully equipped.
One Hour from the Orlando airport and area attractions - Disney World/Epcot, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Village and Cocoa Beach. Many great restaurants and shopping in the area.
