This adorable cabin boasts a spacious deck overlooking a large lawn area on the river. Seating area overlooking lawn & redwoods. New hot tub on the deck. Table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Flagstone steps lead from the private redwood grove down to the sunny lawn area. During warmer months, gorgeous teak gazebo draped with netting and canvas on a flagstone patio.
The inviting and cozy living room has 2 story high cathedral beamed ceilings, a wall of French doors and large picture windows. Decorated in a charming country cabin style with comfortable ultrasuede sofa and chairs.
Enjoy the views, curl up by the fire, or watch large flatscreen TV or video. Large dvd library, and a variety of games and books. Painted wicker desk creates a charming work corner with fax machine/ printer if work calls. Wi-Fi internet access available.
Charming dining area with high pine panelled ceilings, padded wicker chairs, and ebony farm table. Opens onto deck, and has additional balcony which overlooks woods, lawn and river. Full kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Stainless propane grill on deck.
Both beautifully decorated bedrooms have high ceilings and remote controlled overhead fans. One bedroom has restful sage green walls, and new queen bed. Flat panel television with cable & DVD player, antique painted dresser, closet. Private bath with tub and shower. Second bedroom has French blue walls, and luxuriously comfortable queen bed. Flat screen cable TV with DVD/ VCR. Each equipped with iPod speaker system/ AM FM radio alarm clocks.
Luxurious bedding, including feather beds, down comforters, extra pillows and wonderfully soft sheets and duvets make each bed comfortable & inviting.
Sweet and charming loft is the perfect additional sleeping space. Hardwood floors, with area rug and red accent wall behind a pair of new and comfortable king or twin beds. Loft space overlooks living room and has great views out across the river. Small TV with video player and video library in loft. Additional hall bath with shower for second bedroom and loft.
Armstrong Woods State Park just minutes away. Only 25 minutes to the stunning Pacific coast, 25 minutes to the charming town of Healdsburg with it's world-class dining and shopping, 20 minutes to Sebastopol with terrific shopping, and 20 minutes to Santa Rosa with every modern shopping convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Guerneville
We live a few hours south of Guerneville, and really wanted a getaway that would allow us to get our dogs, jump in the car, and feel like we're a world away once we arrive... This was the first property we looked at- a cabin tucked in the redwoods with the large yard right on the river-just blew us away, and felt like it should be ours.
We wanted to create a place that feels reminisant of an old lodge. We've created our dream getaway, with every effort to make sure it welcomes all without the feeling of being a "rental."

We love the beautiful river & forest surroundings, and frequently find it tempting to just enjoy the comfort & peace of the cabin and not leave during our visits! The area offers endless possibilities however- fantastic Russian River and Sonoma County wineries, amazing restaurants, the picturesque Sonoma Coast, quaint towns, and great shopping.
We love that we're so close to town, yet feel like a world away in our own redwood grove.
The beach has kayaks, paddleboats and canoes available for rent. Home of the Russian River Blues Festival & Jazz on the River.
The friendly and casual town of Guerneville is just minutes away. Offers quaint restaurants, various wine country shops, sporting good stores for canoe & kayak rental, and a Safeway and natural foods
