40 sqm apartment on ground floor level in a modern apartment complex, with one entrance, one bedroom with a double bed, one living room with a sofa-bed, a dining area, and an equipped kitchen. Ecological standard apartment (I signed the agreement named Charte-Environnement) and I have brought special care to follow all requirements: water economy, low consumption lamps, eco friendly cleaning products supplied... I wish to include my 'guests' in this process.

Why the Owner Chose Versailles: The apartment that I rent is my home. My partner purchased his apartment and for financial reasons we have decided to rent my apartment as a holiday house for tourists, family, and friends when they wish to visit us.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment: Our location at the historic Versailles is an evident attraction. Located on the ground floor, on the street but a space lined with laurels separate it from the pedestrian's pathway, it is in front of a city house with garden. It has free and green view. It was built in 1963, so the apartment is modern. I have furnished it modestly but I also decorated tastefully (big mirror that spreads light and reflects a red wall where I put some artists' paintings).
Having signed the agreement named Charte-Environnement, my apartment is enjoyed by environment-sensible persons and eco-citizens.
