  very nice flat, well maintained and close to the center. when we're in London this is our preferable place to stay (and I'm in London more than once a year). we have a great time in the flat, it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this flat for whoever wants a fun stay in London!

  Very nice 1 BR apt - comfortable beds and enough room for our group. Instruction sheets very informative upon arrival, thanks to owner for willingness to phone chat about accommodations and Paypal discrepancy. Quiet neighborhood with a variety of restaurants close. We caught the N52 bus toward city and ate at small diner along the way, and grabbed breakfast to go from local bakery several mornings. Clean, well kept with fresh linens and towels upon arrival and towels changed as noted during our stay. 3rd floor noise a little distracting but settled after 11pm, lack of hot water/heat one morning quickly resolved by apt. owner (no disruption to our stay). Would suggest catching bus if arriving on Tube with luggage, instructions and map could be added to confirmation info. High recommendation for this flat - our first stay in London was very enjoyable. Thanks!

  The apartment was excellent condition. everything was perfect. I liked the place, its in quit area. the kitchen contains all essential items. the bed was so comfirtable. in addition to that, the building manager MR, Alen was so helpfull and so kind person. the apartment is close to the main road and to too many bus stop. I defenetly recommned this place to stay in.

  I booked the apartment for one month while relocating to London for work and searching for permanent accommodation. Reuven was replying very quickly,and was extremely flexible with the booking process as I had some delays along the way. The flat is exactly as seen in the photos. Towels are changed a couple of times a week,there is everything you will need in the apartment for a long weekend or a lengthier stay. There is also a hairdryer,washing machine,ironing board and an iron-so you have everything like at home. The location is perfect.You have the 98 bus which operates also as a night bus and takes yoy from down the street directly to Marble Arch and Oxford street. The Willesden Green Underground station is less than 10 minutes walk-buses 260 and 460 at the end of the street,will also take you to the Underground station. The area is safe and has shops,restaurants and Supermarket close by. The Supermarket is open late until 10.30 pm weekdays. I was really satisfied having chosen this apartment,it offers excellent value for money locationwise-also fast WIFI is included in the price. Highly recommended!!! Kim

  This apt. was perfect for our family of 6. Although we didn't stay long, it had all the neccessities for a comfortable stay and the payment and arrival was very smooth, and flexible with our dates/times. The pull out beds take up much of the living room space, but gave ample sleeping room for four, and then another two in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and and new, with a huge shower (a welcome addition for European bathrooms). The kitchen was small as you would expect, also clean and workable. It was a 10-15 min. walk to the Tube, but some very affordable international restaurants on the way-- Polish, Arabic, and other flavors. Grocery store super close too.

  Dear Jonny,Reuven and Alan, I want to thank you for the opportunity to rent your flat. We were on our way to London in a car with 3 children when we got to know, that the flat we rent before was a scam- it didn't exist. It was in the middle of the night, 5 persons - no flat. For me as a mother it was horrible but I needed only one phone call while sitting in our car and you gave us the flat to rent without knowing us, no deposit, no adress only a name and a phonenumber. The flat was very clean, well furnished, linen and towels also white and clean, soap,showergel,toiletpapers,dishliquid! avaiable. We rented the flat at the groundfloor with the windows to the street and for our second stay the cabin in the garden. It's nice to sit in the garden. Both were very quiet. The hot water, heating and aircondition worked very well. The kitchen was a little bit small, but that was not so importend for holiday. if I got one wish free : a dishwasher. The beds and the sofabeds have very good quality to sleep. We could park our car in front of the flat, no extracost. Willesden Green has everything you need: shops, big supermarket, little supermarkets, bakery and many, many good fastfood shops ( 1 whole grilled chicken for 3 Pounds in a chickengrill ), a very,very good turkish snack bar next to a pub and many others. It is more important to have a good infrastructure than most people think, because you have to organizise and to carry all your drinks and food. That can be very exhausting (last time we rent a flat in Westminster, no shops ,no supermarkets around, we had to carry everthing from far away by bus or tube). The tube ( jubilee) is only a 10 minutes walk,( bus no 52 or 98 ) into the city, Camden is easy to reach (by tube to Swiss Cottage, than bus 31- this will take overall 15 minutes). Also many thanks to Alan, he is such a friendly and helpful guy, he lend us his brandnew laptop for 2 days and paid a taxi to bring it to us, because ours didn't work and we needed it to handle something because of the scam that happened to us. Who else would do that for foreigners? If there is a problem, Alan is ready to help. The apartment offers more service than usually avaiable. In 2 weeks we will be there again.

  We (a party of 4 adults) have been staying in this lovely flat in April just after Easter. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the city. The Tube (Willesden Green, Jubilee Line) is barely five minutes away by bus, several bus routes start just in the next street. One can be at Piccadilly Circus in less than half an hour. The flat is conviently spaced and has everything one needs. You simply cannot find a better located accommodation for this reasonable a price. I am going back in October and am already looking forward to my stay very much. Thank you!
