Curb Appeal - San Clemente, California Home The house was recently completely renovated. It is a classic, California ranch newly decorated in a warm modern chic feel perfect for a beach town getaway. It has chef's style kitchen, 50-inch plasma TV in the main room with surround sound stereo system including separate channel for outdoor entertaining, 27-inch LCD TV and surround system in the master bedroom, 20-inch LCD TV in each of the other bedrooms both with VCR/DVD combination players. A large backyard includes patio with trestle cover, very cool fire pit made from rusty old steel drum, Weber gas grill. The garage has plenty of room for your car as well as surf racks, wetsuit racks, and a washer/dryer. Oh, and did I mention an outdoor shower perfect for the return from the beach or a morning shower "al fresco."
