Master suite with King Bed, master bath with large roman shower, separat deep tub, double sink and privacy toilet, a 2nd bedroom with Queen Bed, the 3rd bedroom with 2 Twins and desk, both with direct access to guest bathroom with double sink, tub/shower. The fully equipped European style kitchen has granite countertops and bar, stainless appliances and a walk-in-pantry.
The pool and lanai area offers plenty space on the deck to relax, eat or sunbathe, well equipped with 4 sunbeds, dining furnitue and gas barbeque. Move around the house with the sun and eat on your bistro table on the front porch for a change. The pool is heated by a heat pump (at extra cost of $40/week) during the Winter.
