This unique apartment is located on the 5th floor of an 18C building tucked away on the charming Rue de Verneuil, just behind the Musee D'Orsay. The apartment, which is reached by elevator overlooks two courtyards, has both Northern & Southern exposures, is filled with light, and is extremely quiet!
We have totally refurbished the interior spaces while creating an entirely new bath and kitchen. The furnishings consist of period pieces and paintings we have acquired in Paris and Provence; the beds however are comfortably and distinctly American! Our taste is a traditional one and we have grouped the furniture around the two fireplaces that fortunately came with the flat.The bedroom contains twin beds whilst the living room has a double Murphy bed--thereby sleeping up to four.
At the risk of exaggeration, there is no better location for a visitor to Paris--the immediate area is teeming with art and antiques galleries, boutiques, restaurants and food shops--the Louvre is but a five minute walk across the Pont-Royal.
If you visit our apartment, you will be met by our representative who is very familiar with the neighborhood; She is there to show you the technical features of the apartment and to impart practical advice. Also available to our guests are the services of a bi-lingual driver who will personally meet you and take you to the airport at the standard taxi charge. Furthermore, we provide our visitors with a practical guide to shopping in the area as well as restaurants, services, emergency numbers etc.
