There is one small bedroom (queen) with a generous adjacent sitting room with cable TV, DVD/VCR. The large living room has beamed ceiling, gas fireplace.
The dining area is a direct extention off the kitchen and has its own kiva fireplace. There's a small, separate office with broadband internet connection. Other features: evaporative cooling, bricked patio with huge cottonwood and fruit trees, and great sunsets across open field to the west.
Only three miles from Balloon Fiesta Park and an easy five and a half miles directly to Old Town and museums and seven miles to zoo and Biopark. This is an ideal spot for anyone wanting to vacation in the Albuquerque area or for persons needing temporary furnished housing and looking for an exquisite setting.
