This well-appointed and decorated villa features wireless internet enabling you to surf the internet and access your email, expansive volume ceilings, an open fully fitted kitchen, a master bathroom with a garden tub and a large walk in shower, a further bathroom with a bath/shower, a living room and a master bedroom with glass sliding doors leading towards a roofed in porch and a screened-in swimming pool with near the pool a furnished deck. There is a 24 hours guard gated entrance. Special features around the villa include the Southern Dunes 18-hole championship golf course and the private neighborhood park with preservation areas and a landscaped lake.
The beauty of Southern Dunes is that, while being able to relax in a "country club" atmosphere in a beautiful villa, you are only fifteen minutes away from Disney's maingate and Central Florida's many attractions (avoiding the traffic jams on the other roads leading to Disney). Inside Southern Dunes you will have local amenities that include tennis courts, a heated olympic size community pool, a play area, fishing lake and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. And just minutes away you will find a supermarket and Wal-Mart at the gate, and Eagle Ridge Mall nearby on Highway 27.

This was our second year staying at Villa Bonita. Thank you for another wonderful stay. The home is perfect for families with children and pets. My husband was also very happy to take in a round of golf while staying there this time. It is very conveniently located within Central Florida to allow for an easy trip to Disney. The pool and lanai area provide an excellent space for rest & relaxation. We are already looking forward to next year's trip.

We traveled with our dogs to the villa in September. It was perfect! We stayed for 10 nights and were so sad to leave. The owner was wonderful to work with and made a great effort to accomodate our requests. We loved the villa so much that we are returning in May for another week! Book this villa for your family vacation-you will not be disappointed!

We just returned from spending 8 nights in this lovely home. The pool was wonderful and the home was clean. It was a very safe environment also - day or night. Perhaps new mattresses are in order but you can't have everything! Would love to stay here again.

Our days were full of fun and enjoyment with the close proximity to the theme parks and relaxing at home poolside. The home was very comfortable and clean. It was a real blessing to have the pool on site as our two year old granddaughter enjoyed it alot. Just not enough time to relax as we were so close to Disney and spent most of our time there. It was a good looking golf course and my son said he should have brought his clubs! We would definitely recommend this property to others. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Didn't need anything, everything was there at the home including pool toys. And Super Walmart being so close helped out when we needed something quickly. It was great because it accepted pets, and as we have two dogs it was close enough to Disney to come home to walk them in the middle of the day.

This was our first time using vrbo and were grateful for the owners gracious and timely responses to all our questions. We were surprised to find the Villa so well stocked. They even provide strollers and pool toys! :) We were pleasanly surprised to find this is pet friendly home to be free of pet smells or hair. We had a couple drawbacks but what vacation is complete without those, right? :) Our check in was delayed without compensation and the beds were quite uncomfortable; we were able to use the mattress from the fold out couch on the master bed and cushions from the patio loungers on the guest beds for padding. A morning swim helped get the kinks out too. After a day at Disney, it did feel like a bit of a drive back to the house but we were grateful for the Villa which allowed us to stay within our budget AND take our dog! :) We did decide to budget more next time, however; sleepless nights affect your days :/

We stayed a week at Villa Bonita with our four children. The house was clean and furnished with all we needed to feel at home, without feeling so fancy that we had to feel worry about the regular wear and tear that comes with having 4 kids. Our vacation was centered around a trip to Universal Studios and we found that the house was easy to find and the perfect distance from the park. After long days around crowds and waiting in lines, the kids were thrilled to come home to a pool of their own! We were able to save a lot of money by cooking instead of eating out. The neighborhood was very quiet. Shopping was also quite convenient. We were also pleased that it was not too far for us to make a visit to my old hometown in the Tampa Bay area. I would definitely recommend this home as a vacation rental!

I lived in Davenport for 10 years until I moved back to PA. We like to come back to Fl. every summer. This year we brought our dogs with us and were curious how the trip would go. We couldn't have been happier with the results. We had a wonderful time!!! Great weather every day. Lots of fun in the pool and a great place to start and end the day when you visit the theme parks. Dogs were prefect and relaxed in the home. Wilhelm was wonderful to work with and the property manager was very responsive when we had an internet issue. We would come back every time!!!! Highly recommend!!!
