This was our second year staying at Villa Bonita. Thank you for another wonderful stay. The home is perfect for families with children and pets. My husband was also very happy to take in a round of golf while staying there this time. It is very conveniently located within Central Florida to allow for an easy trip to Disney. The pool and lanai area provide an excellent space for rest & relaxation. We are already looking forward to next year's trip.

Wir waren im Mai 2011 für 2 Wochen Gäste in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Sofort nach der Ankunft fühlten wir uns "daheim" und das blieb während des gesamten Urlaubes so. Das Haus ist komplett und komfortabel ausgestattet, außerdem gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es bietet alles um einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die Attraktionen in Orlando waren nur ca. 20 Min. entfernt und auch an die West- oder Ostküste (Sarrassota bzw. Kennedy-Space-Center) kommt man nach kurzer Autofahrt. Und der Pool war perfekt um nach einem langen, heißen Tag in aller Ruhe zu entspannen. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs konnten im Supermarkt (Wal-Mart) um die Ecke besorgt werden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war absolut problemlos, es gab jede Unterstützung die gebraucht wurde - mit anderen Worten Klasse. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Andrew war perfekt. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg für die schöne Zeit ganz herzlich bedanken und werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

We just returned from spending 8 nights in this lovely home. The pool was wonderful and the home was clean. It was a very safe environment also - day or night. Perhaps new mattresses are in order but you can't have everything! Would love to stay here again.

The home was very comfortable and clean. It was a real blessing to have the pool on site as our two year old granddaughter enjoyed it alot. Just not enough time to relax as we were so close to Disney and spent most of our time there. It was a good looking golf course and my son said he should have brought his clubs! We would definitely recommend this property to others. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Didn't need anything, everything was there at the home including pool toys. And Super Walmart being so close helped out when we needed something quickly. It was great because it accepted pets, and as we have two dogs it was close enough to Disney to come home to walk them in the middle of the day.

This was our first time using vrbo and were grateful for the owners gracious and timely responses to all our questions. We were surprised to find the Villa so well stocked. They even provide strollers and pool toys! :) We were pleasanly surprised to find this is pet friendly home to be free of pet smells or hair. We had a couple drawbacks but what vacation is complete without those, right? :) Our check in was delayed without compensation and the beds were quite uncomfortable; we were able to use the mattress from the fold out couch on the master bed and cushions from the patio loungers on the guest beds for padding. A morning swim helped get the kinks out too. After a day at Disney, it did feel like a bit of a drive back to the house but we were grateful for the Villa which allowed us to stay within our budget AND take our dog! :) We did decide to budget more next time, however; sleepless nights affect your days :/
Owner response:A general remark to our future guests: please call our property caretaker immediately when you encounter a problem. He will do his utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible.

We traveled with our dogs to the villa in September. It was perfect! We stayed for 10 nights and were so sad to leave. The owner was wonderful to work with and made a great effort to accomodate our requests. We loved the villa so much that we are returning in May for another week! Book this villa for your family vacation-you will not be disappointed!

We stayed a week at Villa Bonita with our four children. The house was clean and furnished with all we needed to feel at home, without feeling so fancy that we had to feel worry about the regular wear and tear that comes with having 4 kids. Our vacation was centered around a trip to Universal Studios and we found that the house was easy to find and the perfect distance from the park. After long days around crowds and waiting in lines, the kids were thrilled to come home to a pool of their own! We were able to save a lot of money by cooking instead of eating out. The neighborhood was very quiet. Shopping was also quite convenient. We were also pleased that it was not too far for us to make a visit to my old hometown in the Tampa Bay area. I would definitely recommend this home as a vacation rental!

I am writing to let you know what a wonderful time my family had at "Villa Bonita" in Haines City, FL. Our days were full of fun and enjoyment with the close proximity to the theme parks and relaxing at home poolside. I hope to visit the Orlando area again in the future, and will be telling our friends about your place if they ever would like to visit.

I lived in Davenport for 10 years until I moved back to PA. We like to come back to Fl. every summer. This year we brought our dogs with us and were curious how the trip would go. We couldn't have been happier with the results. We had a wonderful time!!! Great weather every day. Lots of fun in the pool and a great place to start and end the day when you visit the theme parks. Dogs were prefect and relaxed in the home. Wilhelm was wonderful to work with and the property manager was very responsive when we had an internet issue. We would come back every time!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Just returned from Villa Bonita and had a wonderful experience! Took my 4 nieces and step daughter and everyone was completely happy with everything-close to Disney and not far from the beach (Cocoa which we visited also). Would definitely stay there again!!!

The villa is very nice, clean and everything you need is provided for. Good price for a great stay! We loved the pool! South facing, so we spent lots of time in the water and enyoing the sunsine. And also close to shops and dining, perfect. I will certainly recommend the villa to friends en family. Hope to come back soon.

We would stay here again. Great price, great space, great pool! Our kids loved the pool, they spent all day in it. Came out only to eat and go to the bathroom. 15min to disney. 30min to seaworld. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Very accurate description. Not too far from just about anything you want to get to or see. Property was very nice. We had a couple small problems upon arrival and called the management company. The problems were resolved immediately to my complete satisfaction. Very good response time and no complaints. Thanks again for a great place to stay on my vacation.

I just returned from Disney this week. This home was great. It was very clean upon my arrival. The pool area was great for the kids after a long day at Disney. The description of the property was very accurate. There was a WalMart outside the gate (within walking distance). The home was about 15 min from Disney, Universal/Islands of Adventure. Cocoa Beach was a 45 min drive. The community was well secured by security at the front gate. We never had any issues with anyone or anything during my stay at the property. I would HIGHLY recommend this property for any one wanting a home with a private pool ,that is pet friendly and a great location for DISNEY WORLD at a great weekly rate!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Bonita for 8 nights. I was somewhat hesitant as I had never rented through VRBO before, but my mind was put at ease during a conversation with the owner. Our stay was great--we had plenty of room for everyone and the amenities described were accurate and extremely pleasant. My family thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations and would not think of going to a hotel or suite in the Orlando area again. For me, as the mom, having the kitchen and washer/dryer was great--it saved on packing and made us all feel more at home. Needless to say, I would rent this Villa again if I visit the Orlando area.

We stayed in this property for a week and found this place perfect for our family's Disney vacation. It is in a gated community adjacent to a golf course. It is less than 20 minutes highway drive to most of the popular attractions. There is a Wal-mart supercenter just outside the community gate for our daily grocery and other needs. The house is spacious enough for our moderately sized family. It has three bedrooms and a high ceiling family room. It is clean and has everything that we need. Besides going to the parks, our kids (including the one-year-old one) enjoyed the in door swimming pool very much. In April we definitive would like to have the swimming pool heated for comfort. The property is managed professionally. The owner is accessible via email and responded quickly to any of our questions. We felt the overall experience to be excellent and would not hesitate to go back if there is a chance.

We had a great time at the villa. The children loved the swimmingpool. The location was excellent (I know Southern Dunes because my parents had a house there, same street as this villa was located so for me it felt a little bit like comming home) near disney and all the outletshops. The property was clean and de customerservice was perfect, we had everything we needed at the house. We're planning our next trip to Florida as we speak and we'll gladly stay in your villa again if possible! Thank you!
