$150 per night, two-night fee minimum.

9% Wyoming Tax Applies on stays less than 30 days.
Additional weekly cleaning available upon request, renter pays directly to service
$90 cleaning fee required for stays of 5 nights or more, payable to owner
$60 cleaning fee required for stays of up to 4 nights, payable to owner
$500 security deposit may be paid by credit card or personal check.
"Weekly Rate" is calculated for stays of 6 nights/7 days.

The actual renting and getting in was a hassle but after we got in we love having a place to relax and spread out while we visited Cody. Thank you for providing such a cozy house for travelers to stop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The area is fabulous. We rode our motorcycle thru Bear Tooth Pass - awesome - and through Yellowstone - unbelievably beautiful. What a great place you have here. We enjoyed it immensely and will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. Thanks so much! p.s. We had the deer in the yard as well! Stunning!

Thank you for use of your cottage...it was great... We had a deer resting in the backyard for hours today.. Went to the Bill Cody "museum" and rodeo and enjoyed them to the max. We have had a great time in Cody and a really comfortable stay. My husband wanted to fix your front gate but the right tools weren't around.You are doing wonderful updating of the house. The bathrooms are absolutely great! The television room so comfy. The bedrooms very nice. Thanks for a great respite!

We have found your little house so comfortable with access to all the places we wanted to visit. Your renovations are just great... bathrooms so up-to-date and pristeen.
