It has a large 'great room' with 16' glass sliding doors overlooking the 26' pool and spa. The deck area has been much extended - further back and out on both sides to give a variety of spaces to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. Palms and foliage add to the atmosphere and feel of privacy. The great room has comfortable, casual seating with large TV/DVD, sound system with speakers inside and on the lanai.
The dining area has seating for up to 8 people and light which can be dimmed. The well equipped kitchen has a large American fridge/ice maker, ceramic hob/oven, microwave etc. The utility room has a large washing machine, separate dryer and basin. The master bedroom has a king(6 ft) bed and ensuite with corner bath, double basins and walk in shower. Plus a walk-in closet. There are three other bedrooms. One with a queen (5ft) bed and private bathroom. Another bedroom with a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has twin (2x3ft) beds and a 4th bathroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans. The house has 2 TVs, DVD player and sound system. The lanai has a ceiling fan, outdoor table and chairs, loungers and there is a gas barbeque. The double garage has some beach chairs, cool box, etc.
Briarwood is ideally placed for beaches, 5th Avenue style, Olde Naples charm, Restaurants, amazing shopping, golf and wonderful ...family activities. It is a lovely, well cared for gated community. You'll have, not only your own pool and spa, but 2 larger pools for more active swimming, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and a younger children's play area. It has club house facilities and an Internet club.
