Amenities include two Azinger - Lewis 18-hole championship golf courses with a 28,400-square-foot clubhouse that includes restaurants featuring formal and informal dining, locker rooms, pro shop, media room, fitness center, a unique aqua driving range, spa, heated pools (one just steps away from your building), cabana, eight lighted Har Tru tennis courts, and putting and chipping practice greens. You will be just minutes away from the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins spring training facilities.
This unit is beautifully furnished and decorated with a lanai that overlooks the first fairway/ green of the Sabal course. It is located on the fourth floor of an elevator access building.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom and walk-in shower along with a walk-in closet, and a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable access. Linens and towels are furnished including beach towels! The guest bedroom is complete with twin-size beds, large closet, and adjoining access to a full bathroom.
The fully-equipped kitchen offers a dinette seating for four and seating for two at the breakfast bar. Everything is ready for you to enjoy your meals, including plates, utensils, glasses, and linens. There is a lovely seating room that adjoins the living room and kitchen which allows for private time. The living room has a 42 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player. High speed internet access is provided as well as a color Laser priinter.The lanai has seating for four with gorgeous views of the golf course There is a laundry area that has a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner. This unit is newly furnished from the furniture to the linens.
A golf transfer fee of $250 provides golf access on both courses and free use of all the amenities for you and guests for your entire stay.
Activities and Attractions:
*Golf - two championship, 18-hole, par 72 courses. Royal and the Sabal named for the palms that line the fairways of the golf courses. Distances and ratings/slopes on the Royal: 6756 yards (72.8/134); 6068 (69.2/123); 5338 (65.5/109); 4718 (69.0/110); Distance, rating/slope on the Sabal: 6837 yards (73.4/139), 6052 (69.7/122), 5366 (66.3/112), and 4764 (67.6/).
*Swimming - nine heated swimming pools with two pools within walking distance and one being the club house pool, along with use of two hot tubs.
*Activity Center - includes a billiard room, library, card and poker tables. This center also has a heated pool with Jacuzzi and tiki bar.
*Fully-equipped Gym and Fitness Center - there is also a fitness professional that you may make an appointment with to help you set up a fitness plan.
*Tennis - eight lighted Har Tru courts; tennis pro and lessons available if desired.
*Shopping - outlet shopping is just a few minutes drive away.
*Beaches - you are about a 30-minute drive to the beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers.
*Baseball Fans - the spring training camp for the Minnesota Twins is just down the road (four miles)! The spring training camp for the Boston Red Sox is about a 20-minute drive away.
*Our condominium will provide you with bikes to be used within the complex or the nearby bike trails. As well as beaches chairs and umbrella for those days you just want sun and sand.
