SoCo house description

This luxurious and modern 1,800 square foot 3-bedroom house was recently renovated by an award winning architect and featured in Apartment Therapy and the Austin Smarter Spaces Tour.

This open and comfortable designer house is located in Travis Heights, the heart of SOCO, and just 5 streets from the South Congress Avenue with its famous restaurants, boutiques and live music venues in SOCO.

The house features an open floor plan with a large communal kitchen featuring an enormous countertop, professional-grade stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal.

The kitchen opens to a lush patio that’s perfect for enjoying outdoor entertaining while taking in a gorgeous Texas sunset.

All 3 bedrooms have queen-sized beds plus there the day bed/sofa can sleep 1 more. Additionally there is a high quality inflatable queen size bed that can comfortably accommodate another two people.

The unit is equipped with WiFi, cable television, a washer and dryer and patio charcoal grill.

Pets are considered on a case by case basis.
