Very elegant and comfortable brand new 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo (969 SF) located on the famous 27 hole Cocotal golf course at a short stroll from the Club house, Minimarket, Spa, Restaurant and the Palma Real Shopping Village located across the street. Hard Rock Cafe, Tony Romas, Armani Exchange, Puma, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, movie theater with movies shown in original version and many beautiful boutiques! Large swimming pool and bar with sundeck at the Club House and several pools nearby the condo.
A great floor plan consisting of a living room with open kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances with microwave, toaster and blender, dining area on the terrace that seats 6, master bedroom with Queen size bed and large closet, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed as well and lots of closet space, full AC split units, ceiling fans, Cable TV with 100 channels, 40” LCD HDTV. 24/7 security. An absolutely amazing holiday. The condo was more than what we had pictured in our minds, roomy, bright, cheerful and conveniently located. Easy walking distance to a variety of amenities. Golf Club directly behind condo, grocery store for wine, beer and other staples. A high end shopping centre across the street, with a couple of beautiful resorts also nearby (for those that would like to book daily excursions). Gabi Beach within walking distance with unbelievable beach front lounges along with an open air restaurant and bar. Our 3 week stay at the Golf Suites in Punta Cana has got to be one of the best vacations we've ever had. If you're planning on a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic you must stay at the Golf Suites and remember to ask for unit 71111....Owner response: Hello Joanne and Waine, thanks for your great review and I am thrilled that you have enjoyed your stay so much. When you book the unit please indicate your option: The Security Deposit OR The Insurance:
$500 security deposit per week refundable at check out with no damages or $69 Property Damage Protection Insurance for up to $3,000 worth of damages. If you select the $69 insurance you will only be required a $150 electricity deposit per week.

4% handling/transaction/administrative fee.
50% Deposit required to confirm booking (fully refundable up to 12 weeks prior to arrival).
