This spectacular property comes magnificently furnished and well-equipped. Wake up each morning to the sunrise over the gulf and enjoy your coffee and newspaper on one of our three covered porches overlooking the gulf. Take a dip in your own private pool located just steps away from the surf. At the end of your fun-filled day, relax and enjoy a bottle of wine as the sun sets just outside your front door.

"Sunset" can be rented with its neighbor "Sunrise" to form a 12-bedroom, 12-bath, beach house perfect for a large, family reunion. There is no other property in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area like this.

My goal is simple....to underpromise and overdeliver on all of my beach rental properties. I want to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. I want you to feel the value you're getting for your vacation dollar will make you want to come back every year! You will feel right at home with seven televisions with remote control (one in each bedroom),high speed internet access, pool toys, board games, and movie videos available for your use. Sunset has two master suites. One master suite occupies the entire third floor and has a garden tub with a separate shower. Both masters have king-size beds and both enjoy a private balcony overlooking the gulf. In addition, there is a balcony off of the living room. One bedroom, designated as the children's room, has two bunks (double-size beds on the bottom with a single bed on the top). There are a total of two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, 3 double beds, two twin beds, and a Full sleeper sofa. There is also a large laundry room with a washer and dryer. Covered parking is available, and a charcoal grill is located under the house by the pool deck.

Gulf Shores is known for its beautiful white sandy beaches, warm sunshine, excellent golf, restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly activities. The location of "Sunset" is perfect...Just minutes away from everything. Reward yourself today!

Sunset is located at 1365 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, AL 36542. Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $45 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $75 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap. For your convenience, I can also offer optional trip insurance called "Travel Guard", from AIG, a AAAAA rated insurance company (highly recommended!!!). The beaches are the best in the world. Period. The finest white sand and the bluest turquoise waters await each and every guest. Need I say more?

World class golf is available in spades. Try your luck at Kiva Dunes, a perennial top 10 in the state of Alabama and ranked in Golf Digest's "places to play" for an unforgettable links experience on the Gulf of Mexico. If you have a more traditional American layout in mind, the Peninsula Golf Club, with its 27 manicured holes and GPS loaded carts is terrific.

Anyone say "fresh seafood?" You can't go wrong at any of our restaurants. Try "Bahama Bobs" for the fresh catch of the day. The lunch specials are to die for. Its hard not to enjoy a meal when the majestic waters of the Gulf can be seen from your table!

I started RelaxontheBeach in 2004 because I knew that the vacation rental/property management business in Gulf Shores needed a complete overhaul. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance.

I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property.

Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. How in the world, they wondered, was I able to generate so much traffic? Every weekend there was a car in my driveway. "Simple" I said, "treat every customer like family."

The personal touch makes all the difference. Our potential guests are personally greeted by a knowledgeable representative. Great Family Weekend

We all had a relaxing and fun Easter weekend at Sunset. The home had a great combination of bedrooms and bathrooms for our entire family. Best of all it was sitting directly on the beach without a "high-rise" condo next door crowded with lots of visitors. Our beach was shared with families next door but we could all space ourselves so that we didn't bother each other. It was quiet and the home had all the amenities needed to take care of 16 people. My only suggestion for the owner is a toaster so we can quickly do toast for breakfast. Other than that no complaints, just praise.

We just got back from your beach house in Gulf Shores and we loved it. We had a large group and we were all very comfortable. We are already planning our next trip. It is so close to the beach and the pool was a great bonus.
