Our family’s Smoke Free Condo is centrally located in Pigeon Forge.

It is great for attending the many Theatres & live Shows (0.6 mile to 3.5 miles away) . . . Comedy Barn (0.2 mile), American Jukebox Theatre, Smith Family Theatre and Fiddlers Feast Supper Club (0.6 miles), Country Tonite Theatre, Grand Illusion and Show Place Dinner Theatre (0.8 miles), Memories Theatre, Old Smoky Hoedown and Smoky Mountain Jubilee (1.2 miles), Black Bear Jamboree, Blackwoods Variety Show, Wonder Works and Miracle Theatre (1.4 miles), Governors Crossing (2.6 miles) and Great China Circus (2.9 miles), . . . Amusement Attractions (0.2 miles), . . .Shopping Malls (0.2 miles), . . . You can walk to Amusements, Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Grocery Store and much more or take the Trolley. Although our condo is in the Heart of the City and one block from the Parkway, it faces a babbling brook and log cabin on a dead end street and gives you the impression you are in the country and is very quiet.

You will feel at home in our nicely decorated one bedroom condo with King size bed, Cable TV/VCR with HBO and Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, full bath, full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, and much more. The living room has Cable TV/VCR with HBO, gas fireplace and pullout sofa bed.

Relax by our pool or gazebo and enjoy views of the surrounding mountain, stream and log cabin across the street. Enjoy our gas fireplace in the cool months.

You will be able to relax in your own Jacuzzi tub located in your bedroom before a good night’s sleep on a king size bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, if needed and we also have a Queen size Perfect Comfort Pillowtop Aerobed.

The Condo is SMOKE FREE. No Pets allowed.

Must be 21 years old to rent.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at the Stapleton's condo. It was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels, unlike most places. The kitchen was well-stocked, with quality dishes and utensils. There was even a crockpot! The only issue we had during out stay was with the pool--it was over- chlorinated and bleached some of our swim clothes. Nothing the Stapletons could have controlled. We will definitely stay here again!
