There is a private loft area with a bedroom, full bath, lounge and balcony patio with mountain and golf course views. The main area has a lovely living room, dining room, den, family room with big screen TV and an arts & crafts room.
Sun Lakes is an "over 40" community with membership to all the amenities included as well as special member rates at five golf courses. The house is a two minute walk to the main clubhouse where there is a lounge, restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts and resource center.
There are numerous restaurants and great shopping within minutes. In the immediate area there are all the major league sports teams as well as the finest cultural and performing arts venues.
