This nicely updated and immaculately clean home provided us with a totally relaxing getaway. The property manager was wonderful from the inquiry about the home, the rental process, meeting us on arrival to show us the home's features, bringing over a new iron and ironing board right down to mailing us a shirt that was left in the dryer! The home itself is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is within biking distance of the South Venice private beach ferry (pass provided with rental) and many other nearby locations. We especially liked the convenient location of this home to nearby grocery stores and shopping also. The home's beautiful pool and lanai area were especially well done with seating areas and a table and chair set with an umbrella. We enjoyed every breakfast poolside! We definitely plan on returning to this home next year!

Year Round

$700.00 per week, or, $2,200.00 per month. One week minimum. Partial weeks or months beyond the one week minimum are charged at $125.00 per night. Rates are taxed at the rate of 12%. There is a departure cleaning fee of $100.00. There is a refundable damage deposit of $200.00, which is fully refunded within 30 days of your departure assuming no damages beyond normal wear and tear. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
