Our 2-bedroom 2-bath ocean view condominium is a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Conchal. The panoramic ocean views from our shaded balcony couldn't be any better. The modern kitchen has stainless appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, private bath and walkout to our spacious balcony. The spare bedroom has 2 twin beds and/or inflatable queen size, making the overall living space nice for 4-5 people. You will enjoy peace and quiet with 24 hour security, allowing for that perfect laid back Costa Rica Vacation. Enjoy fresh complementary Costa Rican coffee while you watch rush hour the way it should be ... Fisherman heading out to sea.
Howler Monkeys will be your alarm clock and the amazing stars your flashlight while you plan your days for action & adventure or sipping and sunning, in this amazing area of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Local activities include Sport Fishing, Surfing, Zip Lining, Volcano Viewing, Birding, ATV Touring, Shelling, Golfing, Scuba/Snorkeling, River Rafting, Horseback Riding, Turtle Watching, Exploring or simply Relaxing on a completely deserted beach.

"We were a party of four and had a first class condo with first class beaches at our doorstep. We loved it and the people of Costa Rica. Our friends stayed in Mexico and never left the pool because of the ocean water quality and cruise ships. In Costa Rica the ocean water is as clear as a pool and clean!! Two blue flags indicating an international quality rating of A++ due to development control away from the water"

Why the Owner Chose Playa Conchal
Having travelled around the World more than once ... I knew when I took my first Costa Rica Vacation that this was a special place to spend more time. We found this awesome ocean view overlooking Playa Conchal and knew this was the pefect spot for a condo. After a year and a half of building, finally our condo was finished in 2006. Solid as a stone castle!! Luckily, development has been slow to follow. No Golden Arches or Starbucks here!! Just real fresh seafood, awesome rice & beans and great coffee! The ocean is warm and mostly tranquil on gorgeous Playa Conchal. No crowds, No stress, No wonder ... we love it!! Come spend your vacation at our Costa Rican Condo.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The best part about our condo ... is "falling off the grid" for a week or two. It's peaceful, natural, quiet and relaxing. Wildlife is abundant and the ocean and mountain views calm the soul. If you must check emails and CNN ... it's of course possible ... however ... not recommended!!
The weather is perfect most of the year. The Ocean is bathwater warm and clear. No crowds to deal with and some of the friendliest people on the planet. You really must try staying in Costa Rica at our condo.
Our Condo has a gorgeous view overlooking the Ocean and the towns of Brasilito and Flamingo Beach. It's an easy walk to beach.
