"We were a party of four and had a first class condo with first class beaches at our doorstep. We loved it and the people of Costa Rica. Our friends stayed in Mexico and never left the pool because of the ocean water quality and cruise ships. In Costa Rica the ocean water is as clear as a pool and clean!! Two blue flags indicating an international quality rating of A++ due to development control away from the water"

Year Purchased: 2006
We needed a special place to go. A place we could forget about our jobs and stresses from around the World. A place that we could truly relax and fall off the grid for awhile. A place we could get to easily, but really be gone!!
When we found Playa Conchal, we found that place. We're from Minneapolis and co-own this condo between 2 families. We take good care of the property and enjoy sharing it with people who have the same interests. We hope you can come and experience our little piece of heaven on Playa Conchal.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Conchal
Having travelled around the World more than once ... I knew when I took my first Costa Rica Vacation that this was a special place to spend more time. We found this awesome ocean view overlooking Playa Conchal and knew this was the pefect spot for a condo. After a year and a half of building, finally our condo was finished in 2006. Solid as a stone castle!! Luckily, development has been slow to follow. No Golden Arches or Starbucks here!! Just real fresh seafood, awesome rice & beans and great coffee! The ocean is warm and mostly tranquil on gorgeous Playa Conchal. No crowds, No stress, No wonder ... we love it!! Come spend your vacation at our Costa Rican Condo.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The best part about our condo ... is "falling off the grid" for a week or two. It's peaceful, natural, quiet and relaxing. Wildlife is abundant and the ocean and mountain views calm the soul. If you must check emails and CNN ... it's of course possible ... however ... not recommended!!
The weather is perfect most of the year. The Ocean is bathwater warm and clear. No crowds to deal with and some of the friendliest people on the planet. You really must try staying in Costa Rica at our condo.

Our week at the condo was truly like being in paradise, from the peacefulness of the place to the beauty of the beaches to the sounds of the wildlife (birds chirping and monkeys howling). The area offered a wide variety of things to do, from just sitting peacefully on the porch, to the thrill of ziplining thru the treetops. The condo itself was new and clean. The natives were extremely helpful and friendly. The whole Costa Rican adventure was full of excitement and new experiences that pushed our comfort levels, but was also relaxing and refreshed our body and minds.
Owner response:Adventure seekers will thrill at the full day tour which our property manager can organize for you. It includes Horseback Riding, Mud Baths, Rapelling, Zip Lines, Canopy tour, River Tubing and a very filling lunch. Otherwise soothe the soul by relaxing poolside at the condo or walking to one of the natural 5-star beaches nearby.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
