Home is located in the foothills of the Verdugo Mountains in a beautiful upscale neighborhood and offers a very comfortable slice of heaven. 2 Fireplaces-Upstairs/Downstairs; Prof'l Stainless Kitchen, Steamroom, Deep Tub Spa, Zen 2nd Bathroom, Grand Room, Small Library, Central Heat, 2 A/C units (upstairs/ downstairs), DSL/Wireless, DirecTV with seasonal NFL Package, Child(ren) and/or your dog are welcome. We love them both and the property is doggie escape proofed. There is a guesthouse at rear of property where owners reside when in town. The pool and jacuzzi are in this rear garden area. Please inquire if owners will be in town during your requested dates.1st Floor: Full Prof'l Stainless Steel Kitchen with Elite Refrigerator, 48" Thermador Dbl Oven/4-Burner/Grill/Griddle & 60" Stainless Hood; 2-Drawer Stainless Dishwasher, Granite Counters & Bar, Bamboo Floors, Microwave, All Cooking Utensils, Pots/Pans. Everything for the exotic and gourmet chef, but also a happy kitchen for a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee. Grand Room has 2-Way Fireplace (gas or wood) with Dining & Family areas; Library area; 1 King Bedroom; 1 beautiful and smaller Zen Full Bathroom--a wonderful place to contemplate; Wood Slider Doors off Grand Room lead to back gardens where gates and walls are high enough for your dog not to escape if you're bringing one. Outside charcoal BBQ, Pool and Spa are in the back of property and at your disposal. Summer Fun! *Mom/Dad info: We don't have safety gates for pool/spa. The littlest ones are at risk if they can open a door a waddle out to the open pool/spa in back yard. Neither of us need that experience so please know your child's abilities or limitations. We are able to lock off 4' gate for the babies between the main house and the second house area. 2nd Floor: Magnificent views from every upstairs window, deck and balcony. HE3 Washer & Dryer very convenient upstairs in hall; Master King Bedroom Suite: Tropical in design/decor. Wall switch ignition ambiance fireplace; 31" Sony XBR-Wega mounted HDTV; Sml Kitchen in Foyer w/Bar Sink/Disposal, Refrig, Coffee, Dishes; French Doors which open to a deck in Mediterranean-style for morning sunrises and coffee. Master Bath: 14x14' of Tile and Glass. Within that room is a 10x10' Steamroom, Deep Tub Spa, 2 Full Shower Heads and 1 Handheld. It's so big we call it the Conference Room. The view from the large ventilated windows is towards the Hollywood Hills and Universal City. Breathtaking. Master Closet: Walk around the closet from the Bedroom and end up in the 3rd Bedroom/Office. Plenty of drawers and places to hang everything. Custom shoe rack for lots of shoes and 2 pants racks. 3rd Bedroom/Office: This room does not have its own bathroom, but talk about sunset views! Wow! Walk out a glass door from this room outside onto a balcony in the front of the home on the 2nd story. It's a beautiful sunroom with airy drapes, couch, chair and privacy. Sunsets and quiet chats are no stranger to this room. No smoking in this home...Outside on deck, balcony or gardens is fine. Smoking in home is a 15 yard penalty. Ashtrays provided outside. 7 minutes to/from Burbank Airport; 10 minutes to NBC, CBS, ABC, Universal, Burbank Studios, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network; 15 walk to Metro; 5 minutes up mountain to DeBell Golf Course; 2 minute drive/10 minute walk to Media District restaurants and theatres. 10 minutes Griffith Park & Equestrian Center, Zoo & Museums. 10 minutes to St. Joseph's Medical Center; 17 minutes to Downtown L.A.; 2 minutes walk to six different churches/synagogues/temples. 2 minutes to grocery stores. Very centrally located property.

Cancellations: 50% of entire stay is charged to credit card upon
receipt of booking and is non-refundable up to 30 days prior to occupancy.
100% is non-refundable if cancelling 30 days or less of occupancy.
