The home is located in the foothills of the Verdugo Mountains in a beautiful upscale neighborhood and offers a very comfortable slice of heaven. A huge 10x10' STEAMROOM with Deep Tub Spa & 3 Shower Heads. 2 Fireplaces (1 Upstairs/1 2-Way Granite Surround Downstairs); Prof'l Stainless Kitchen, The 2nd Bathroom-peaceful & Zen glass tiled, Grand Room, Library, Central Heat, 2 A/C units (upstairs/ downstairs), DSL/Wireless, DirecTV with seasonal NFL Package, Child(ren) and/or your dog are welcome. Property is doggie escape proofed.
There is a guesthouse at rear of property where owners reside when in town with a friendly hound dog named Ears. Your privacy is extremely important to owners. The exterior pool and jacuzzi are in this rear garden area. A 5 ft. safety gate surrounds the pool and spa for our youngest guests. There are no restrictions to guests for complete usage of the property, pool and spa. It is recommended our guests enjoy dogs. Your dog is welcome as well. See rates and deposits if you are bringing your dog.

Grand Room has 2-Way Fireplace (gas or wood) with Dining & Family areas; Library area; 1 King Bedroom; 1 beautiful and smaller glass tiled Zen Full Bathroom--a wonderful place to contemplate; Wood Slider Doors off Grand Room lead to back gardens where gates and walls are high enough for your dog not to escape if you're bringing one. 2nd Floor: Magnificent views from EVERY upstairs window, deck and balcony. HE3 Washer & Dryer very convenient upstairs in hall;
Master King Bedroom Suite: Tropical in design/decor. Wall switch ignition ambiance fireplace; 31" Sony XBR-Wega mounted HDTV; Small Kitchen in Foyer w/Bar Sink/Disposal, Refrig, Coffee, Dishes; French Doors which open to a deck in Mediterranean-style for morning sunrises and coffee.
Master Bath: 14x14' of Tile and Glass. Within that room is a 10x10' Steamroom, Deep Tub Spa, 2 Full Shower Heads and 1 Handheld. It's so big we call it the Conference Room. Bring your iPod for music in this area. The views from the large ventilated windows are towards the Hollywood Hills and Universal City. Breathtaking.
Master Closet: Walk around the closet from the Bedroom and end up in the 3rd Bedroom/Office. Each room has separate doors to this closet as well as the bedrooms. Plenty of drawers and places to hang everything. Custom shoe rack for lots of shoes and 2 pants racks.
3rd Bedroom: (Office area also) This upstairs cozy and comfortable bedroom does not have its own bathroom, but talk about sunset views on the Balcony accessible from this room! Wow! Walk out the glass door into this Sun Room on the 2nd story. It's a beautiful area with lighting, fan, airy drapes, couch, chair and privacy. Sunsets and quiet chats are no stranger to this room.
No smoking in this home...Outside on deck, balcony or gardens is fine. Smoking in home is a 15 yard penalty. Ashtrays provided outside.

I stayed in this wonderful property with my 78 year old mother and 76 year old aunt for one week. Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, immaculately clean, extremely comfortable and very spacious. The owners, Patricia & Mark, are very hospitable and friendly. Patricia was prompt in responding to my booking request; everything went smoothly and she very helpfully offered to stock the fridge with whatever we wanted in advance of our arrival. The property has a lovely garden, which is perfect for breakfasting in the morning sunshine. It is located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood, which is safe and conveniently located. Off-street parking is a bonus. Patricia and Mark were located in a bungalow on the grounds during our stay, which was great as they were an unobtrusive presence but always available for a friendly chat or to assist us with anything that we needed. Their dog, Ears, is a delight...really well behaved, friendly and a great guard dog! We were delighted with our stay at this home and we strongly recommend the property. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit.

What a lovely home, it was everything we expected and more. Luxurious Master Suite with huge walk in shower and steam bath. We were a party of 5 adults and all thoroughly enjoyed your home. I have to tell you there was a lot of Kitchen envy from the men, we all loved your gourmet kitchen. It was a real pleasure to come back to your home after a day out in the hustle and bustle of LA. Very quiet and inviting. In a city as large as LA is was nice to come back to such a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Very close to all the major studios, would recommend Warner Bros to anyone interested and definitely, Starline's hop on hop off tours for 2 day's. We were so lucky to have found this rental property! It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy each other and our vacation. The house has EVERY possible luxury you could think of. It was a joy to sleep every night in a comfortable bed, windows open to cool California breezes and wake up every morning to breakfast made in a gourmet kitchen! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great alternative to cramped hotel vacations.

My husband and I have stayed here three times. We started going when our daughter was at USC. We couldn't recommend it more enthusiastically! It is on a quiet, private, tree-shaded street, yet it is only a very short distance to the I5, Burbank airport, downtown Burbank with all its restaurants and shops, Warner Brothers, Nickelodeon and Universal studios, Hollywood and Griffith Park, to name a few. The house is so tranquil and welcoming. It is decorated in natural fabrics and warm woods with asian artifacts and artwork. Everything down to the sheets and towels is deluxe. Open the tall wooden gate and you enter the magical garden with a heated asymmetrical pool, lush plantings and fig, lemon and avocado trees. To winter weary New Englanders, this was Paradise! Patty is the consummate host--attentive and welcoming when you need her, but you know you have total privacy. Not only would we go back, we have, and we would recommend it to friends and relatives.

My family stayed here for 4 nights in January 2010. The house is as gorgeous as the pictures look and was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the location a lot (close to lots of restaurants and the easy access to the 5). We felt like it was a great value and would definitely stay here again.
