Located at the entrance to Shelter Cove Marina, our lovely three bedroom, three bath villa provides an expansive view of picturesque Shelter Cove. Sit on one of two private balconies and watch the sunrise if you are an early riser, or awaken with the harbor as it comes to life each morning.
Yacht Club Villas is a private, gated community located in Shelter Cove, which is part of Palmetto Dunes Plantation. The beautifully landscaped grounds provide a private setting for the large, outdoor pool and hot tub. Our location affords each guest the opportunity to experience a memorable vacation, from the many activities available within this marina complex or throughout the island’s other plantations.
Located on the fourth floor, our three bedroom, three bath villa offers all the amenities you expect when staying at a premium resort. The master suite is furnished with a king-sized bed, nicely tiled bath with Jacuzzi tub, and flat screen HDTV.
A private balcony has two captains’ chairs and bistro table to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening, as you watch the boats return from a day on the water.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and flat screen HDTV., access to a second balcony, also accessible from the living room, has two wicker rockers that invite you to relax and enjoy a good book while you take in the sights and sounds of the marina.
The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and flat screen HDTV, with a bathroom separating this bedroom from the second bedroom. The second and third bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the living room and can be isolated from the living room by a pocket door.
The kitchen comes fully equipped. You just might enjoy cooking in when you see the view the kitchen affords you! Appliances include a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and microwave. A washer and dryer are located in the foyer as you enter the villa.
A dining area between the living room and kitchen comfortably seats six. The living room has a 42-inch flat screen HDTV, VCR, DVD and CD player.
At night, take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk of Shelter Cove, taking in the musical sounds of bands playing at the outdoor bars. Enjoy a dinner overlooking the harbor at one of the many fine restaurants located within Shelter Cove. Other fine dining experiences are located throughout the island, just minutes away. Just remember to be back by 9:00 PM on Tuesday nights to enjoy the free fireworks display throughout the summer months (June-August). Shannon Tanner performs two nightly, family orientated shows Monday through Friday, dockside, also during the summer months.

Why the Owner Chose Shelter Cove
We chose Yacht Club Villas in Shelter Cove after many years of renting on the ocean because of the stunning view of the harbor. As they say Location, Location, Location!!! There is just so much to do in Shelter Cove, biking, kayaking, restaurants, shopping, and nightly entertainment, all within walking distance of our condo.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Walk out the front walkway onto the boardwalk and you can rent kayaks or bikes, go on a fishing or dinner cruise, or even listen to music from one of three outdoor restaurants. On Tuesday nights there is Harbourfest with vendors and arts and crafts set up throughout Shelter Cove and at 9PM there are fireworks. Each evening in the summer Shannon Taylor puts on 2 shows for children and adults. You don't get this staying on the ocean!!

Hi! We are Beth and Dave from Connecticut. We have been going to Hilton Head since 1993 with our 4 children. Each summer we would load up the car and travel the 14 hours to Hilton Head. The trip was always worth it when we would drive over the bridge and see the beautiful low country. Now our children have grown- we even have 4 grandchildren and cherish all those memories of past summers.We would like to share our condo with others so they to can build great memories.
