Holiday Weekend .. $250/night (three-night minimum).
Weekend .......... $150-$200/night depending on weekend (two-night minimum).
Deposit: $1500 (refundable if no damage).
Cleaning Fee: $50 includes linens waived on  weekly rentals.
Long Term (six months or more $1300.00/month.
