Thank you so much too Kathleen for the awesome time we had in Northern Arizona! Everything promised was delivered. I couldn't ask for anything more...great Red Rock country and a beautiful home away from home. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone needing a vacation without worry. Kathleen was also helpful in planning some of our day trips and aware of all the needs a traveler could want. 5 stars in my book!

Thanks to Kathleen and Roni for a lovely 2 weeks in the Red Rock country. The home was not only well furnished - all the amentities, but the views were spectacular too. We arrived after two days of road trip from California to the welcoming coolness and well appointed features of this home. As someone who actually cooks on vacation, I appreciated all the equipment in the kitchen. Thinking of buying the same stove in fact! We hiked, we walked, we sat, drove to North Rim, Monument Valley and.....we relaxed. Thank you for all the attention to detail that made this trip exceptional. My husband and 2 adult children second that! Even got to meet a black rattlesnake on walk to Oak Creek for sunset - whew! THAT was exciting! Thanks again -- KR

We stayed at Sedona Splendor for January and most of February. It was an excellent choice on our part. The house, in a quiet scenic spot, was spacious, clean and exceedlingly well furnished and equipped. Everything was thought of. Right from the hot tub on the deck from where we watched the sunset on Lea Mountain, to the the shelves of DVD movies and a room filled with local information on the area. We liked it so much we extended our stay as long as we could. I definitely recommend Sedona Splendor.

We loved our stay at this home. It's nicely decorated and immaculate. The furniture is attractive and very comfortable. All appliances were in good working condition. The neighborhood is quiet and the red rock views are stunning. It's just a short drive to the nearest market, restaurants and shopping. We stayed during Christmas week and Kathleen, our host, was thoughtful to ask if we celebrated the Holiday. When we arrived there was a beautifully decorated tree and welcome goodie basket waiting. The hot tub was perfect on chilly winter nights and the fireplace added a cozy touch. There's a great stock of DVD's and CD's and lots of literature, maps and hiking books available. We did a lot of hiking so the Red Rock pass was much appreciated! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sedona and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful red rock and mountain views from inside this immaculate home, as well as from the spacious outside deck and hot tub. Comfortable for 3 couples, the home is thoughtfully furnished, incl all kitchen supplies, and includes a complete "concierge" center with info on every type of activity imaginable in the Sedona area, from hiking and tours to restaurants and wineries. A peaceful location close to great trails, yet also convenient to dining and shopping. We will absolutely visit again.

This was a wonderful rental experience. The owners were a pleasure to work with. The location of the house is fantastic--Sedona is just minutes away but the house is in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views of the Red Rocks (even when you're washing dishes!) The Grand Canyon and the Petrified Forest are day trips. The house itself was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is completely "furnished". There is a room devoted to local attractions. We found the book on trails invaluable--it added tremendously to our trip. The deck is marvelous--there is a large gas grill, a table and a hot tub, in view of the red rocks. We have teens and they were just as happy with the house as we were--high speed internet, TVs in all bedrooms, a playstation2 in one bed room. I would highly recommend this house.

I don't know where to begin. This house is in an awesome location. The red rock views are just breathtaking. The house was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The extensive movie collection was a real treat. We had plenty of towels and the beds were comfy. Our kids loved that they had their own rooms with a tv and dvd player. The outside deck was beautiful, although we didn't have an opportunity to use the large grill or hot tub. There is a room set up just like a visitors center with maps, books and all kind of travel information for AZ. We felt safe and comfortable here and would recommend to anyone. The homeowner left us a red rock pass which was great as we went sight seeing through oak creek. We had a wonderful time. I would stay again if we return to AZ. Thank you so much!

This home is really a wonderful getaway. You can spend quiet time enjoying the scenery if you want or there is the option of a million different views of the red rocks, desert, Grand Canyon, etc to take in. We were here a month and loved every minute. At first I was disappointed that we were actually 23 minutes from Sedona (best time, at night when no highway construction). If was further than I expected. But once settled in, it was truly an amazing experience. At Oak Creek Village, which is only 8 minutes, there are a few restaurants, and an IGA grocery store hidden away. Once we found that and realized we didn't have to go to Sedona for groceries it was great. Beds were extemely comfortable, lots of TV's, all hooked up to satellite, DVD players, lots of movies and a really clean place. Kathleen is a really thoughtful host, she had a goody basket on the counter and we were all set for the morning. We had arrived quite late at night, so it was really helpful. Hot tub was enjoyed...lots of starry nights and a full moon too. Thanks for a great adventure. Looking forward to our next Homeaway experience. We would definitely stay here again. Barb and Ken

We stayed the month of February, 2008 and enjoyed every minute of it. The house was spotless and well decorated with comfortable furniture. There was even a top of the line grill on a huge deck with a hot tub at the other end for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful red rock views. This home is in a section that is away from the traffic and noise but is still close to the market and all types of places to eat and shop. High speed internet and a huge DVD selection were available for us when we wanted to kick back and relax. Great place to walk and enjoy nature. Wonderful place to stay. We recommend it highly!!!
