  • Air Conditioning: Both bedrooms have a split system air conditioning system that are operated by remote. An addition wall unit air conditioner in the living room keeps the entire condo nice and cool.
  • Washer: Newer model, full-size front loading washer is located within the condo on the 2nd floor.
  • Dryer: Newer model, full-size dryer is located within the condo on the 2nd floor.
  • Linens Provided: Full linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
  • Off Street Parking: There is no additional charge for parking. Parking is ample and spaces are not numbered. Park in any empty space nearest the condo.

  • King Bed (2): There are king beds in both the master and guest bedroom suites.
  • Convertible Bed: A futon mattress is also available upon request should you need it for additional sleeping accommodations.

  • Shared Pool (4): There are 4 pools conveniently located within Wailea Ekahi Village. The 3 smaller pools are considered "quiet" pools for hanging out, lounging, swimming and quieter activities. The main pool is larger, more geared towards families, and is adjacent to Keawakapu Beach. The main pool pavilion has restrooms, showers, charcoal bbq area, and a full kitchen for you to enjoy.

  • Full Kitchen: The condo kitchen has been completely redone with Koa Cabinets, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a stainless steel 2 drawer dishwasher, a glass top range and oven, microhood, all major small appliances, utensils, basic spices, etc.
  • Shared Kitchen: There is a shared kitchen in the pavilion adjacent to the mail pool, should you like to enjoy a meal poolside or on the beach. The kitchen has 2 refrigerator, 2 ovens/ranges, 2 microwaves, sink, and an ice dispenser.

  • Beachfront: Wailea Ekahi Village is a beachfront property that allows direct beach access for guests through a gate located by the main pool. You have the added convenience of not having to cross a road to get to the beach. Just walk through the manicured gardens/common areas just beyond the main pool to get to Keawakapu Beach. This south side Maui beach is great for snorkeling, swimming and a vast array of water activities.
