'Dream Florida Holidays' villa is a large luxury family owned dwelling located in the highly sought after area of "Lindfields." The Private Pool is secluded and very inviting, has a Sun Lanai providing shade, fully screened and has ample poolside furniture, within a high fenced garden. A garden BBQ is available outside the screened area (please tidy up afterwards, as the cleaners will not clean the BBQ as it is very time consuming.
The villa has high vaulted ceilings, ceramic floors and is fully Air Conditioned. A large open plan Lounge (satellite TV), Dining Area, and Fully Fitted Kitchen. There is a separate Kids Lounge equipped with Satellite TV, PS 2/DVD, and games. There is a Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, and Classic Arcade Machine to make your stay even more fun. If you bring your laptop no problem we are fully wi-fi compliant. FREE local and International Calls

Why the Owner Chose Lindfields
We went on a Disney holiday to Florida in 2003 and found it amazing. The holiday was just so much fun where every we went. Also almost every single american we met were helpful, kind and made us feel relaxed and welcome. I had this image in my head that americans were unhelpful, would not queue and quite offish. How wrong were my sources of information. Because of this we scraped together every penny we had and put a down payment on a villa and here I am now. Our two girls love Florida and one of them wants to be an american police officer one day in the future. If she had her way we would emigrate to Florida tomorrow.
The Unique Benefits at this Holiday Villa
The reason we chose Lindfields in Kissimmee to buy a villa was mainly because it was our dream of having a home in a lovely location minutes from Disney but wonderfully quiet most ofthe time. Lindfields is surrounded by lovely green conservation land. All the people are friendly and the people all look out for each other. We can get to Disney in 15 minutes without busting a sweat. Even Seaworld and Busch Gardens didn't seem that far away. We love Florida and want to explore every region of it, and leave no stones uncovered. It's fab place to have a second home.

We enjoyed your home so much that we would like to see if it is available to rent and the cost for the following times.
