Coco Plum Island is accessed by bridge off US 1, mile marker 54.1. Anything that is in the Atlantic Ocean swims past this house. As a matter of fact, the fish swim circles around this island house. The boat put in is 2 canals away.
The public beach is five blocks away. You can dock (three) 25-foot boats. Lots of parking for your trailers. Clean your fish at the dock while watching the sun sink into the water or better yet, watch the incredible sunsets from the screened in balcony. Another option is the free kayaks, one with see-through bottom to explore these spectacular waterways at sunset or sunrise.
This is a four bedroom, five bath home in a quiet residential area.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: ADD 11.5% Sales Tax to ALL Rates. Half the rent is due to make reservation, Balance due one month before arrival. Saturday to Saturday only - Check-in 3 pm and Check-out PROMPTLY 10 am. No Smoking.
