READY FOR A VACATION? Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in our beautiful Gulf-front condominium located in the Gulf Crest condominium complex in Panama City Beach, overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal poolside TIKI HUT - for snacks and drinks!!
Our unit is an end unit on the west side of the eighth floor. It has 1801 square feet of spacious living area in an open floor plan with nine (9) foot ceilings. There are three bedrooms, a built in bunk bed area, a queen sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a huge wrap around Gulf front balcony.
Floor to ceiling windows and a 750 square foot wrap around balcony provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, fishing fleets, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible not only from the living room but also from all three bed rooms.
Gulf Crest is one of Panama City Beach's finest deluxe resorts. Gulf Crest has 294 feet of beach frontage. The complex features two large swimming pools, two outdoor spas, a separate children's pool, and a first-rate workout facility. Each floor at Gulf Crest has only 7 condos. An assigned, covered parking space and high speed elevators provide easy access to the unit.
We are located at the corner of Thomas Drive and Joan Avenue. Our address is 8715 Surf Drive, within walking distance of Spinnakers, Hammerhead Freds, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, bumper boats, miniature golf, restaurants, and more!
We have a 47 inch LED flat screen TV in the living room with Blu Ray player. Free High speed internet with router for wirelss connection provided.
The unit has a large, fully outfitted kitchen with solid surface countertops and General Electric Profile appliances. It is furnished with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including smooth surface Cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Enjoy your meal at our dining table that seats six or outside on the balcony enjoying the breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The unit sleeps 10. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, a bunk area with 2 twin bunk beds, and a queeen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a new flat screen TV.
Other features of our Gulf Crest condo include ceramic tile floors throughout the kitchen, foyer and dining areas, cultured marble tubs with glass enclosures, free local calls and free access for toll free calls, and ceiling fans. Towels and linens are provided too but bring your beach towels.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
*We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.
*Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets
*Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am (central time)
*State, County, and City taxes are not included in rates. Cleaning fees are included in rates.
Security/damage deposit of $300 is required to reserve unit. Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned within 10-14 days of your departure date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less a $25 administrative fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. If cancellation occurs within twenty one (21) days of arrival, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation. To protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, please contact your personal insurance agent and inquire about travel insurance.
Monthly reservations must be cancelled 90 days in advance of arrival for refund of deposit. If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of arrival of monthly reservations, the full advance payment and deposit will be forfeited.
Full payment for accommodations must be received 21 days prior to arrival. (30 days for monthly)

This is the 3rd time we have used this condo. It is very nice. The owners are very easy to deal with. I would rent this condo again.Recommended for: Families with young children.

The listing for this condo was very accurate and in fact seemed larger than pictures could show. We had a large group and did not feel crowded at all. The outdoor space was great! It being an end unit with a wrap around balcony, the beach and city views were awesome! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Gulfcrest was very nice and staff seemed friendly, even parking and elevators were good! When we first arrived air conditioner wasnt working, I informed the desk and they fixed it very quickly (we had no other maintenance problems). The owners were very nice and easy to work with. They replied to my questions quicky and made my first experience renting from an owner very pleasant and less stressful. I would definately recommend renting from Larry and Cathy, they seem to be very honest and straight forward people and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again. I love Panama City Beach and have been there many times (I even married there) and I thought this condo and location was one of the best.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My family and friends recently enjoyed our stay at this Gulf Crest Unit. The view was spectacular. The young and the old were delighted with the accommodations. I appreciated the user friendliness of Gulf Crest. It is close to the pool, close to the beach and has on site friendly assistance if you need it. I've had many views of PC Beach over the years. This was the best one. Thank you to the Masons.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a wonderful week at your Gulf Crest Condo. The unit was just as it was described and the pictures don't even come close to showing all the luxury and comfort that is waiting for you as soon as you walk in. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Larry & Cathy were so easy to work with and have furnished everything you could possibly need for a stress free, comfortable vacation. We have stayed at many of the different resorts at PCB, but your unit is by far the best we've ever rented. I would reccomend this unit to both family and friends and I hope to be able to share your piece of paradise again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers.
