This spacious (2500 square feet), open plan home on Anna Maria Island has all the room you need to bring your large family, or even for two families to vacation together. Plenty of room to spread out! Grandparents can come for the season and feel great about having their grandchildren come for an extended visit.
The views are fantastic, and the location perfect. If space is something you are looking for, this is the home. Large groups will appreciate the new kitchen with a huge built-in island perfect for casual dining or a even a family game table. Modern kitchen has all you will need to prepare food - microwave, full stove and oven, large refrigerator, cookware, and dishes for 12. Dining room and kitchen island together can seat up to 12.
Two large living areas provide room to stretch out, tastefully appointed with leather furniture. Two full bathrooms with shower and baths give everyone enough space. Large TV in living area with Cable TV. Seating area provides a double Futon for extra sleeping space. Plenty of videos, books, toys, and games for the whole family.
Enjoy fantastic views of the bay from the huge balcony, built for entertaining. The same water views are seen from most of the house. Enjoy grilling the day's catch while watching the sailboats go by on the beautiful bay. Have some Florida orange juice (in season - pick from our orange tree) with breakfast on the balcony, and watch dolphins play in the water with the amazing sunrise as a backdrop.
Children will love the park and playground just behind the house, while parents will feel good about keeping an eye on them right from the balcony. Just adjacent to the waterfront playground is a basketball court, as well as benches overlooking the water and outdoor grills for parties.
The home is located in a serene setting with little or no traffic, yet is only two short blocks to the private, uncrowded, private beaches of Bradenton Beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys are provided, and an outdoor shower with hot water is available to rinse off after a day building sand castles. Owners are happy to arrange for bike rentals.
Whether you are in the mood for sunning, swimming, fishing, boating, or just lounging around watching the dolphins, there is something to do for everyone, without having to go anywhere! A convenience store and dining are three blocks away. If the public beaches are a destination, or for great island shopping, there is a free Island Trolley service that covers the entire island. Trolleys run all day. With so many options, there is no need for a car.
