Located on a lush 3.46 acres, the Lodge on Timber Road is nestled on forested land at the base of Woods and Steele SnoPark with it's miles of groomed trails. Snowmobile to your front door! Surrounded by rugged mountains and tall pines, the Lodge is about an hour east of Seattle and twenty-five minutes from Snoqualmie Pass. Starting in December, WINTER WONDERLAND SLEIGH RIDES are available just a few minutes away in Easton. Details at the Lodge or call us for details. Rides run through March.
The Lodge on Timber Road is your retreat for peace and tranquility. It offers exquisite craftsmanship with square log construction including soaring exposed timber beamed ceilings, a distinctive, river rock fireplace with a wood stove insert and picturesque front and back porches! The inviting living room houses one of the three flatscreen televisions featuring Dish Network,VCR and DVD. Bring your gaming system! The delightful kitchen is perfect for cooking any holiday meal and has all appliances, solid surface counter tops, Jenn-Air range, and eating bar. The adjacent dining area provides views of lush meadow grass and tall barren pine trees.
The Lodge includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a spacious loft. The huge oversized master suite has a king-size bed, full bathroom, double-closets, and flatscreen TV. The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds with plenty of storage and space for a portable crib or playpen. The comfortable loft area contains a queen-size sleeper sofa, cozy reading chair, music system, flatscreen TV, foosball and of course the beautiful views!
Outdoors, enjoy the firepit, horseshoe pit, charcoal barbecue, and front and back house length covered porches. The front porch swing glider is a terrific place to start the morning or end the day. Additionally, The Lodge features a mud room with full size washer and dryer and 2 car carport!
Location is everything! Cle Elum and Roslyn (of Northern Exposure fame) are close neighbors along with the brand new prestigious Suncadia Resort Community with it's grand golf courses and spectacular spa. Large lakes and flowing rivers attract boaters, swimmers, fishermen, intertubers and whitewater rafters to the Cle Elum area.
There are groomed trails for snowmobiles adjacent to the property, with nearby downhill and cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, hiking, birdwatching, biking and horseback riding. Leavenworth (a quaint Bavarian village), the Gorge Ampitheatre, Yakima and Wenatchee are all about an hour away. Whether experiencing the active outdoor life or viewing nature's beauty from the porch, the memories of the time spent at the Lodge on Timber Road will linger!
Occasionally, a herd of elk will graze out back in the early mornings. We love the wildlife here and animals in general, but we have allergies to them indoors. Holidays $250/night .. $1650/week. Rates are for up to 4 people

$300 damage deposit required for reservation, rental fee due 4wks prior to arrival
Deposit includes $100 Cleaning Fee. Up to $200 is refundable if only normal
cleaning needed. Normal is 4 hours cleaning and 2 bags of garbage.
Refund within 15 days of exiting the rental. $15pp/per nt over 4 persons

The Unique Benefits at this Log Home
In winter, snomobile or cross country ski from your door. In Spring, you can see the world come alive again. With porches along the length of the home, the beautiful setting is more peaceful than you can believe. In Summer, you can hike, fish, atv, river raft etc. In Fall, watch the leaves change and spend time in peace on the porches. Just an hour from Leavenworth and 25 miles from Snoqualmie Pass. Play golf at 2 couses within 10 minutes.
