Beachfront Condominium... This unit has a brand new kitchen as of August 16th including Corian countertops, GE appliances, maple cainets and tile floors. This unit has been newly updated, all furniture, mattresses, beddings, kitchenware and accessories are brand new. Everything was purchased in June, 2006. Also a fresh coat of paint has been added to all walls and ceilings. The lanai has floor to ceiling windows with new patio furniture and offers a sunset to be seen every night. The atmosphere is very relaxing day or night with the sound of the waves of the turquoise blue water.
A washer and dryer are located in the condo making it convenient to do any necessary laundry.
Outside are boat slips which connects to the Intracoastal Waterway, the Blind Pass Lagoon also offers wildlife viewing either by boat, kayak or jet ski. Turtle beach boat ramps are adjacent to the property.
This unit is located on the quiet southern end of Siesta Key (no condo megaplexes here). Relax and do nothing or enjoy the shops, restaurants and cultural activities that are ten minutes away in Sarasota.
The Sarasota area has a lot to offer making it a perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway for two.

We are a family of four. We have a Chocolate Labrador named Cooper. We live in Wisconsin and love to travel to Florida every chance we get.
Why the Owner Chose Fisherman's Cove
We chose to buy our Siesta Key home because of the location. It is perfect setting for making family memories with our kids and family members. We love playing in the sand, hunting for the perfect seashell, swimming, watching the dolphins, and sitting back watching the sunsets. It is perfect for us to get away from the snowy, cold Wisconsin weather. Plus Siesta Key has the whitest, softest sand in the U.S. per the Travel Channel.
