(Three of which have uninterrupted panoramic views of the downtown skyline, bay, and ocean). We have terrific restaurants for fine and casual dining. Point Loma is surrounded by bayside and ocean beaches and Christamaria will be happy to direct you to the one best suited to your needs. Local area guide is also available and emailed with your reservation requests.
No nightime parties. Family gatherings are okay... This is a residential neighborhood. We respect our neighbors rights to peace and tranquility.

Why the Owner Chose Point Loma
I have traveled the world extensively and am proud of my neighborhood community of Point Loma. It is a gorgeous family community with scenic views and wonderful weather. We have an abundance of wonderful restaurants and coffee houses. There are so many outdoor walking/jogging paths. Romantic limestone cliffs of Sunset Cliffs. Boating on the notorious SD Bay. Concerts at Humphrey's on the Bay. A large sportsfishing fleet perfect for the weekend boater or fisherman as well. Point Loma is a quick cab drive to the busy nightlife found downtown or a trolley ride to Petco Park. We have aa new shopping area called Liberty Station. It features a new Trader Joe's and a Von's. Both are very large fantastic grocery stores. There is a Pandera Bakery, california Pizza Kitchen, Oggi's Sports Bar/Restaurant, 2 Starbucks's and our favorite Sushiya for half price yummy sushi. So many choices... so little time!
