We have seven high speed elevators to get you to your condo in seconds!
Our condo is on the 13th floor...we have a door combination lock...no more keeping up with the door keys.... It is a two bedroom, bunk room and three bath unit that sleeps 6-8. A total of 1131 square feet of living space. Everything in this condo is brand new, and professionally decorated. The unit boast granite countertops and 9 foot ceilings. Many extras and upgrades in the unit make it comfortable, relaxing and fun. We have a Combination Lock on the front door for your convenience. High speed wireless internet will keep you connected, TV/DVD in both bedrooms including a 60 inch TV w/DVD in the family room to entertain you. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
You will want to check out the amazing NEW Pier Park, just opened with dining, shopping and entertainment, less than 1/2 mile away. For entertainment there is a 14-plex Movie theater. For shopping, you will find Dillard's, JC Penney’s, Target, Ron Jon’s and many other shops. Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, and Back Porch Restaurant face the gulf with open air porches, a breeze off the water and beautiful scenery There is nothing like this on the panhandle anywhere. Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum is just down the street, do not miss it with the kids. Shipwreck Island is right up the street and is a water park filled with fun for all ages! Panama City Beach is growing by leaps and bounds, with a total renovation now well underway. New restaurants are popping up everywhere.
If dining at home while on vacation is not your idea of fun, then get out and explore all the wonderful restaurants in Panama City and down 30-A. Some local favorites are 30 Degree Blue, Kingfish Plantation, Club 19, Lime's Bar and Grill, and the Saltwater Café and Martini Bar. Take a short ride to Rosemary Beach and try out the upscale restaurants Ona No and Blue by Night. Shades is in Inlet Beach, and a great casual restaurant for the entire family.
Do not miss the spectacular architecture of Water Color, and while you are there, have dinner at Fish Out Of Water, you will not be disappointed. It is very upscale, make this a romantic evening. Another favorite for breakfast and lunch is the Fonville Press at Alys Beach, where you will be in awe of the stunning all white, inspired from Greece, architecture. If you stop in Seagrove Beach, Café 30-A is one you do not want to miss, along with Bud and Alley's in Seaside. Do not forget the fun, The Red Bar is where it is. My family stayed in this condo for our Fall Break. We loved it. Beverly was wonderful to work with and quick to make sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely book with her again. Great condo...great location...and great owner!!!

Even though I am late in posting this, I stayed in this condo last Summer 09 and it was truly beautiful! Sleeps pleanty of people and great perks! Only negative is waiting on Elevator in parking Deck and that is not even bad, since it is covered parking and car does not get hot.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I took our daughter and some friends on a graduation trip to Panama City Beach and we stayed at this condo. It is absolutuly gorgeous and we had a wonderful vacation! The decor is beautiful and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! We plan on making this a yearly trip and would highly recommend this condo! It was perfect!!
