*Our home now offers a queen bed in all bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own TV as well as the Living Room and Carolina Room. The leather living room furniture has a queen sleeper. The beautiful ceramic tile Carolina room offers a single day bed as well as a double futon. Bring your own linens!
*Cabinets are well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, toaster and much more. NO MAID SERVICE. You must leave the home neat and clean and ready for the next tenant. We do not have a person to clean after you this year so you must leave it rental ready- FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT. For your convenience and enjoyment and for no extra charge we have for your use: boogie boards, an umbrella, beach chairs, bikes, coolers and various sand toys. UPDATE: we now have BROADBAND INTERNET ACCESS with WiFi for your enjoyment and convenience. So bring those lap tops if you so desire.
Our home is centrally located in the heart of the "Grand Strand" for the whole family to enjoy. This home is located in Oceanside Village, a gated community with 24-hour security. You are minutes away from the restaurants in Murrells Inlet, "The Seafood Capital of South Carolina." Enjoy Wild Water and Myrtle Waves water parks, Hudsons Flea Market, The Legends, Broadway at the Beach where these attractions/restaurants are located: Hard Rock Cafe,Planet Hollywood, Buffets Margaritaville (go early to avoid a 2 hour wait) many other shops and much much more. Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, Dollys Dixie Stampede, The Carolina Opry House, The House of Blues and The Family Kingdom. We are 1/2 mile from the Garden City Pier, fun nightlife on the pier with nightly entertainment in the bar area at the end of the pier.

Please contact us by phone or email to reserve your week. $250 refundable Security deposit and 1/2 weekly rental amount required to secure your week, due within 7 days of booking. If pet is approved an additional non-refundable $75 per pet fee is required. Maximum 2 pets, NO CATS. Remaining balance due 21 days prior to arrival. Check out time is 1pm or 10am if you choose the cleaning option and check in is 2pm .

Visited over the Thanksgiving Holiday for my daughters 13th birthday. We all loved the place. The house was very clean and close to the indoor pool and the beach. The golf cart was an extra special bonus for the entire family including our little dog. Melissa was very helpful in everything from the rental to clean up. I recommened this place to a friend today for January. Going back soon myself I hope.

We rented this property for our family beach trip in August of 2011. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Oceanside Village is a great vacation place to go and get away from the crowds. Plenty of room to play in the pools and playground. We recommend this home for your next beach vacation.

We stayed for a long weekend at the end of October with our "in'-laws" and had a great time. We had plenty of room, and it was very close to all the activities in Myrtle Beach-but far enough away that we were out of all the traffic and hustle and bustle. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kids loved having the golf cart to ride around on. The complex was very charming and everyone was so friendly! We loved every minute and have already planned a return trip next year!! I highly recommend staying here!

Rented property for a long weekend - it was wonderful. Rental was clean and well maintained. Weather was beautiful, pool facilities were clean and well maintained as well. Golf cart provided for your use to go back and forth to beach/pool. Owner was very helpful with the booking process & very accomodating since I was coming a very long distance (Boston, MA). The local vendors are very kind & friendly and there are plenty very nice restaurants most of which are family oriented. Beach is CLEAN and close by. Overall, this was a fabulous time away. I would invite you to treat yourself to a beach getaway, even if it's only for a along weeknd!

A few of my co-workers and I decided to take off to the beach...I'm so glad that we did! We had a blast!! This home was in a perfect location, was clean, and the community had a lot to offer. After picking up a few groceries, we had everything that we needed. I'm planning to bring my family next summer and stay even longer!!

My family & I stayed here for Spring Break. The location is the BEST!! Around everything but not right in the heart of the hussle & bussle of Myrtle Beach. The community was awesome! Make sure you take pleanty of bread to feed the ducks, swans, & turtles!! My boys loved the playground, which has equipment for all ages! The golf cart was really nice as well, to either take us all over to the beach for the day or just to take a mid-day stroll around the neighborhood. I will be visiting here again & again!
