Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley
We bought our condo because it is located in the Sun Valley resort.It is a wonderfully quiet and cozy retreat and in a very peaceful setting. No one is above or below us. We also bought this condo because it had more square footage than comparable condos. We are very near the bus system and are in walking distance to all of the resort. We enjoy the creek that runs in our front yard and appreciate our large deck. We hope our rentors will enjoy and take good care of our special place.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love skiing on Bald mountain, cross country skiing, snowshoeing in the winter. And tennis, golf,and the olympic sized pool.

The unit is in a great location, very clean, quiet, cozy, and well maintained. The owner is a wonderfully nice person, extremely easy to deal with, and very helpful.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

The condo is perfectly located with good access to the Lodge pool and shops, easy access to Ketchum. Condo is well appointed and cozy -- it fit our family of four perfectly. The SNOW was unbelievable -- 25" in 24 hours over spring break! Awesome!

We decided to take a last minute family weekend trip. This place was perfect for our needs. The children enjoyed access to the Lodge swimming, hiking, etc. Definitely will go back!

We just wanted to let you know how much we LOVED your condo! We had the most wonderful time there! First, it was impeccably clean, which can be hit- and-miss with vacation rentals. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with pots, pans and dishes. We had a wonderful soup dinner one night (Japanese style) around the coffee table! The couch and recliners were just perfect in the living room, and we adored the fireplace. All of the kids commented how nice and cushy the carpet was. The beds were comfortable, and there were ample linens and towels. I forgot to mention how perfect the location is, as well. We walked to and from Sun Valley Inn for the sleigh ride the first night AND could've walked to skiing at Dollar Mountain but we were too full from dinner. Ha. We look forward to renting from you again! So, bottom line is, we thank you so much for offering such a beautiful place to stay. We created a priceless family memory there.
