  Had a great stay in this beautiful condo! Loved the location, the private beach that was somehow never crowded when the rest of the beach was too busy! Also close to great dining, shops and Savannah. Really liked the living room, and the fresh paint colors. This could be a regular place for us.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  The description of the condo and photos provided gave an accurate picture of the condo and the local amenities. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. We had no issues during our stay. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. It rained during one of the days during our stay and we were able to take a tour of historic Savannah which was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, our entire family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our 2013 spring break.

  great location, clos to center of town and resturants. loved the view from the balcony. I would recommend it for couples or family. The beach is beautiful.

  My boyfriend and I spend last week in Tybee , and let me tell you,,, the pictures certainly don't do this condo justice! It's so much larger than it looks! I can't put my finger on my favorite part, as there are so many, however, waking up and stepping outside on the balcony and watching the dolphins certainly is in the top 3. The owner is more than friendly and extremely helpful and is very easy to communicate with! We will DEFINETLY return!

  Quiet place. Located on Savannah river water way. Really cannot swim in this area must drive to beach to swim but lots of beach combing opportunity. Very small room but fairly equipt. Laudry facilities on each floor but not in individual room. Dolphin, boat, and bird watching was lovely. Pool area very nice.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  We will come back to this condo because it is very clean & comfortable. It is so affordable and a good value for two adults and our two small kids! Plus, the owner is friendly and helpful! All the units here are the same size so we choose immaculate and convenient. We have visited Tybee Island many times and love this end of the island. Our favorite activities include the short beach walk to Lighthouse Point, watching dolphins and shrimp boats from the balcony, the private beach and pool, and renting jet skis nearby. It is easier to sunbathe, collect shells and play with the kids on this beach. Tybee's public beaches can get crowded! Take it from us-stay here and eat ice cream at Burton's on the Beach.

  The accomodations were on the quiet end of the island, which was a postive. The condo was nice, but small, with the bedroom especially tight. Outside the bedroom, the other sleeping arrangements were less than comfortable. With upgraded mattesses and replacement of the large round ratan chair, the accomodations would be much more desireable. The view of the beach was partially blocked by follage and was not as close to the beach as was expected. Overall, I would consider staying in the same complex in a condo with a better view and a bit more room.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  This condo was affordable and the perfect getaway. It was clean and well stocked with everyday items. There is plenty to do, and the Crab Shack is a wonderful local seafood restaurant.

  We really enjoyed our time in Tybee Island. While the condo is not all that close to the main stretch of places in Tybee, we found that to be an asset. The private beach was fantastic. We enjoyed being able to see the dolphins from the walkway out to the beach and even some from our balcony. Our transaction with the condo went smoothly. The condo was just as described, clean and just right for us (two adults and two small kids). We had everything we needed!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
