Island Princess 205 is a VERY Bright and Colorful place located GULF Front on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach FL (6 miles west of Destin, FL). You will love our awesome unobstructed Gulf Front View and the convenience to the second floor parking deck. Island Princess is within walking distance of the fishing pier and the Boardwalk with food, shopping and fun things to do.
We are located on gorgeous Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL and have a direct gulf view from almost every room including the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Kitchen. We offer 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full baths with shower/tub. Our Master Bedroom is large and has a great ocean view, private bath with WIC closet and private access to the balcony.
Living Room: 36" TV w/surround sound stereo, DVD, Queen sized Sofa Sleeper, and ocean front sights - you can hear the slap of waves against the sand, cry of sea gulls and often see dolphins from our balcony. :)
Kitchen: Full Kitchen with Dishwasher, Side by Side Refrigerator with Ice in the door, Stove, Microwave and small appliances.
2 Bedrooms: --- Master: Full Gulf Front view, sliding glass doors for private balcony access, Large room with King Sized Bed (new mattress 7/2007), private bath with Walk-in(WIC) closet. TV with DVD. --- Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed (new mattress 7/2007), and TV with DVD and private access to full sized guest bath.
Handicapped parking available on the first floor - convenient to the center elevator.
IP205 is Convenient to the Boardwalk, Gulfarium, Goofy Golf to name a few places in Fort Walton (~ 2 miles) Destin, FL condo rental activities (just 6 miles to Destin) like The Track, Dolphin Cruises, Golf.
Canoe, Kayak and other boat rentals offered right on our beach and Parasailing offered at Brooks Bridge Bait and Tackle. Surf school in nearby Destin beside Pampano Joes Restaurant (Hwy 98).
Amenities: Workout room with exercise equipment for guests. Charcoal Grills available onsite.
You will love our kidney shaped pool and Jacuzzi. Easy access to the beach - directly on the beach. The pool is on the beach side of the condo. Our beach service is included for all rentals in season (March - October) and our beach staff will make you feel so pampered, you will want to tip them (not required).
We offer all the comforts of home with a beautiful beach view of snow white powdery sand, and kids of all ages (1 - 99) having fun and enjoying recreation that only the beach can offer. You will catch an occasional glance of dolphins frolicking in the waves (usually spotted early morning and twilight) from our balcony or beach. You will hear the slap of waves against sugar white sand and cry of sea gulls and sand pipers in the warm ocean breezes.
