Hi Lewis and Jacqueline. Thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your condo in February 2011. Your condo is very clean and comfortable and well located within Royal Palm Bay. The complex is very well maintain and the complex management are excellent. The cleaning person that you use is second to none. We would highly recommend your property. My wife and 3 kids (aged 9/7/5) found this Ideal accommodation for Disney parks and we thoroughly enjoyed next door access to the pool & jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the shopping.... Our 1st time in Kissimmee and would highly recommend it as an ideal base for Disney and this accommodation is highly recommended also. Have no hesitation in using again........the sooner the better....

Thank you for sharing your condo with us! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location close to the pool and playground. We are very pleased we chose this condo instead of a crowded hotel.

Hi Jacqueline and Lewis, What a wonderful place you have! The condo is great! Spacious, superbly equipped and beautifully maintained. The kitchen had everything a cook could ask for! The master bedroom has a walk-in closet (wardrobe, from those coming from the UK), which I wish I could take home. The pool, jacuzzi, gym and even pool table are situated just next door - so convenient. As well as Disney, there are plenty of golf courses and shopping malls nearby to amuse us adults and the choice of restaurants and entertainment on the nearby 192 is outstanding. When can we come back?

We had a wonderful stay in your condo. The first thing you notice as you walk in is how clean and spacious it is. The location too could not have been better, right next door to the clubhouse that provided a great swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, gym and free WiFi. Always plenty of parking outside, there was never the need to walk a long way, great if you have shopping or kids! We found every kitchen utensil you required in the kitchen along with plenty of complimentary soaps, towels, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc, could this condo be any better!! I could spend all day raving, instead I will close with saying, we had a fabulous holiday that was complimented by a fabulous condo, many thanks.

This is a very nice and clean property and is exactly as shown on this website. Enough spaces for 6 to 8 people and the kitchen has all the items need for a regular day cooking. The Club house is clean and have play ground for kids. The property is close to major streets, but quite, and it is within 10 minutes drive to all Disney theme parks, close to resturants and shopping. No deposit was required and pay when you check in and the price is below average for the similar size condo, highly recommended.

When I called to make our first reservation for your unit for last December, Jacqueline had said that once you stayed in a condominium, you wouldn't ever want to return to staying in a hotel and she was so right. We have so enjoyed having the extra room although we don't really need it with just the two of us, but the location of your unit because it is right beside the clubhouse and just across from the lighted fountain in the pond is just perfect. My husband enjoys going to the pond and feeding the fish and the birds, and it is pleasant to go just across from the unit in the evening and just sit on the bench in front of the fountain. It is ever so quiet and peaceful. It truly is a home away from home and so comfortable. We find the location of Royal Palm Bay just right for us too. We hope to return soon and hope that your unit will be available. I think that staying anywhere else would probably be a disappointment.

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how much we enjoyed our Florida vacation. We were so thrilled when we arrived at the condo! It was exactly what we expected and more. The location was perfect, we didn't have to drive far to get to Disney World's main entrance. I found the condo very clean and plenty big enough for our party of 5. that was so nicely kept up.
