Over 1350 sq feet of pure luxury overlooking the Wyndham "River" golf course and El Yunque natural rainforest. Villa is less than four years old and was professionally decorated (and featured in a Designer Magazine). It is within walking distance to villa pool and playground (5 mins), the Wyndham Country Club/golf courses, tennis courts and ocean. Guests have access to resort amenities (golf, spa, tennis, restaurants, daycare, etc.). Villa is perfect for families, romantic couples/girls getaway trips, or guys golf outings (there are over 20 course on the island). You will never want to rent a hotel room for vacation again after staying in our place! Make sure you read our reviews!
Villa has a spacious master bedroom (king) with an upstairs loft (has two single beds), a bedroom over the dining room area (sleeps two), and a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. A second rental unit nearby is available for larger groups.
Unit has two full bathrooms (master bath has two sinks). Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Walk out patio has gas grill and fabulous views. Very large dining room/living room area with cable/VCR/DVD (additional TV/cable/DVD in master bedroom). Unit is furnished with highchair, 2 professional boogie boards, port-a-crib, boosters, bed rails, children's beach toys, books, movies, games, etc. Washer/dryer in the unit. No passport required!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Peak Season (12/15-5/1)= $ 2,100 per wk if pay with check (inclusive
of taxes, fees and before and after cleaning). Off season = $ 1,600
per week. $ 500 surcharge for Christmas/New Years and Easter weeks.
Refundable security deposit of $ 500 required. 3 day minimum stay.
Must be 25 yrs of age to rent. Max of 6 adults recommended in unit.
Non smoking unit and NO PETS allowed.
