We’re lucky in San Diego – we can enjoy BBQs and outside living almost every day of the year! And, from your own private deck, you will enjoy ocean breezes and many memorable evenings!!

Step inside and see this model home perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house that can comfortably sleep 8 guests!! The living room is light and bright with cable TV, DVD player and lots of couch space so everyone can watch the big game! One of the big couches is a queen size sofa sleeper. WiFi is accessed in every room and even on the outside deck!
Walk through the living room to a huge open kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a holiday dinner or just blend a margarita. Don’t forget, you have a private deck with a BBQ!! You will probably eat most meals outside! No bugs!!

Each of the three bedrooms has a comfy queen bed and plenty of closet and bureau space to store your stuff. The master bedroom has its own bath and the 2nd bathroom has a tub and shower, plenty of towels. Have more than 6 in your party? The queen sofa sleeper in the living room will sleep 2 additional guests.

You will definitely enjoy long walks on the white sand beaches & memorable sunsets.

Disappointed upon arrival as the rental unit does not look like online photos. The lovely hardwood floors pictured do not exist - the floors are actually so-so carpeted. Management promised to update the photos, but I see they haven't yet. There was also a need for some touch-up painting and minor repairs. Management promised to take care of those items; I would recommend asking about that prior to renting. Also we arrived late in the evening and the unit was hard to locate in the dark. It would've been nice if we had been given a heads up about this. Overall, though, a good location. Truly just a short walk to the beach. Relatively quiet area. Rental rate was reasonable.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

I really enjoyed everything about this property. The rental itself was really nice and close to the beach which was great. It was very relaxing in general with flowers on the table and nice back deck overlooking the backyard and the hot tub. Also really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the backyard. Highly recommended!

Staying here was perfect! Not only was the location ideal (2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach we ever saw!), but the space was immaculate! We had great days of surfing (thanks for the rental boards!) followed by wonderful home cooked meals made on the grill and eaten on the deck, and topped off with relaxing soaks in the hot tub. What more could you ask for! We will be back! Special thanks to Jonah, Vanessa and Jo Ann for their genuine care and dedication to our family having a vacation to remember.
