We are located within a FEW FEET of the OCEAN where you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets in Maui. There are two large lanai's for your enjoyment and relaxation while viewing the Haleakala crater to the Northeast and the Ocean to the West. We are located near many of the most beautiful snorkeling spots in Maui. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, shops and a grocery store within walking distance.
Maui Banyan Condominiums is a quiet and peaceful complex, well maintained and full of Aloha Spirit. It is a beautifully landscaped property with two inviting pool and spa areas. There are BBQ grills, kitchen facilities and tables located in the gated pool area for your use. IT HAS THE BEST BEACH IN KIHEI FOR SNORKELING AND SWIMMING!!!
Our condominium is an extension of our home and furnished for your vacation enjoyment. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master has queen bed and the second bedroom is large and has two full sized beds. Living room has fold out (queen sized) couch. Boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs, etc. There's an assortment of children's life vests for safe swimming and some snorkel equipment. Tennis racquets are available at front desk, no charge to use on the court on property. 2 Pools with BBQ and full amenities.

We had a great stay at the Maui Banyan. Rob and Linda's condo is in the perfect location, right across from Kam II beach for snorkelling and sunsets, and overlooking the pool and barbeque area where we cooked most of our dinners. And walking distance to plenty of amenities. Nothing fancy, but everything you need for the quintessential Kihei experience!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

First I would like to say thank you to Linda for being so helpful and easy to communicate with for this condo. Quick replies and personal phone calls made for an easy transaction with no headaches. The condo is large and has everything you will need. There was not one thing I went to look for that I did not find. We traveled with our 3 year old twins and my parents. The condo accomodated everyone nicely. The location of the condo is what I liked most of all. The beach is right there, the stores are just down the street and the pool is right outside your window. What more could you want. Our first trip to Maui was memorable one. Thanks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: ROB AND LINDA are the owners and they love their unit!! Many friends and family come to stay here and its a well loved place with a lot of Mana. The original artwork and location of the unit in the complex set it apart from the rest. Much of the art is originally created by the owner, a long time Maui resident and artist; the rest of the unit is full of artwork collected by the artist, created by local Maui artists. Truly a special event to see these Maui artists work around you! We live in the vicinity of the unit so if our guests need anything, we are available.
Why the Owner Chose Maui Banyan:
It serves all sizes of families and ages too. It is an excellent location in Kihei. It is in the best building location of the whole complex, closest to the beach. Two full bathrooms and bedrooms that are large enough to accommodate any family. Queen size fold out couch in the living room allows yet another sleeping alternative for guests. Our beach has one of two lifeguard towers in the south Maui area that always has a lifeguard on duty.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Simple! You can remove your shoes, put your feet up and watch the Ocean and overlooking the pool, FABULOUS SUNSETS and enjoying the original artwork throughout the unit. The location is the really unique thing about this Suite, it is so close to beach, shopping and restaurants all in one. We chose this unit originally because its right at the beach and has the unique Maui experience. There are two AC units to keep you cool and a great Maytag washer dryer that makes laundry no hassle. We recently installed a new Whirlpool dishwasher, and the kitchen is fully stocked, even a waffle maker and an electric grill.
