"The Lake House" is located in the historic village of Blodgett Landing, on the "Gold Coast Side" of Lake Sunapee (so named after it's beautiful sunsets)! This is a small lakeside community of cottages with one-way streets. The house is located one street (100ft) from the lake. Which means, even if it's a little nippy and windy on the lake..you will be able to enjoy the sun in our yard!
Swimming, boating, water skiing and just a short drive to the White Mountains! Only 100 feet to the lake. Lake Sunapee, a New Hampshire Secret! Crystal clear water, beautiful mountain scenery and just a short drive to Mt. Sunapee Ski Resort (ten minutes) Only 45 min to Killington.
All year round vacation community...Summer fun, Fall leaf peeping and exploring plus all the winter activities!
