HUGE bedroom fills the entire upstairs opening to an open deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean - great for star gazing or watching the moon over the ocean. The first floor has two bedrooms with full baths, a cozy living and dining area complete with TV and fireplace. Also, a fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you to cook up the fresh seafood and vegetables the Island is famous for. A sun room and open porch just steps from the ocean complete the first floor.
House is a duplex with each side having over 2000 sqft. Prices and availability are for side A. Side B is also available (different owner) if you have need of twice the space!
On the ground floor are private showers with hot and cold water, a large picnic area with charcoal grill, picnic table, and a hammock for relaxing with your favorite book. The outside areas for the two units are separated by a wall for added privacy.
