Hey Howard! We had a blast! We had a great time. I love your condo and I have already expressed to my boyfriend that if we ever go to PCB we're staying in your condo. The view was priceless. I didn't, but my cousin saw dolphins...which was awesome. The only restaurant I would recommend was the one right at the resort, Schooners. I wish we would have just eaten there every night.

We loved the condo and had a wonderful time ...we are planning to come back in August but your unit was already booked so we rented another. The weather was beautiful and we loved having schooners there to get lunch and supper. We took the family and played goony golf and went bowling but best of all we had a wonderful family experience..thank you for allowing us to use your condo.

We enjoyed the stay. Saw sea turtle, dolphins and a manatee from the balcony. All views were pretty and saw a few sunsets. Went on the Sea Screamer - sunset cruise that last night there and it was the best! Left out of Capt. Anderson's Marina area and watched dolphins saw the state park shoreline and all the condo's from the back side.

We definitely enjoyed the weather, and the condo was very spacious and well furnished. And the view was beautiful! This was our second visit to Seychelles and it has become our favorite place to stay in Panama City. We always eat dinner at Capt. Jack's Buffet on Thomas Drive. We visit Pier Park for shopping and dining, as well. We will most certainly be back next spring or summer!

The weather was the only downfall to the week. We had high winds a couple of days and it was cooler than normal the local people told us. Not much anyone can do about that. We spend a lot of time on the beach...went to Pier Park...played mini golf and walked the beach. We also went to the state park near by. We went to Schooners and Buffalo Wild Wings. The view was incredible...we got to see the dolphins one day when the water wasn't so choppy. The condominium was wonderful. Eight of us stayed comfortably. The check-in procedure was fast and easy and everyone at the place was willing to help. We LOVED the beach toy closet and left a couple of items to add to it. We would love to come back. Your quick response to questions we had was really appreciated. Jodi

We had a great time. The views from your place were fantastic. The weather was a bit hotter and more humid than I had expected for October, but no rain! We basically just hung out at the beach for entertainment which is exactly what I wanted to do. The water and sand were so clear and beautiful. We went to the state park and we went shopping also. We ate at Schooners 2 nights and at Uncle Ernie's the last night. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo. Schooners was good the first night, but not as good the second. We really enjoyed Uncle Ernie's; good food and a great view. We also had drinks and snacks and Pineapple Willy's. We enjoyed the sunsets each night from the balcony Also, about 4 each afternoon, jets flew over-that was neat. We saw porpoises and sting ray swimming in the ocean very easily from the 14th floor. There was a full moon when were there. It was great seeing the full moon from the balcony. I loved that the entire condo had the wrap around balcony; view from every angle. The condo was very nice. The door to the master kept shutting on it's own; so we had to prop it open. I liked the fact that it was on the end; very private. I like the staff; they made us feel very welcomed. I loved the pools and the easy access to the beach and the free use of the beach chairs. The beach chair staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you, Kim

I just wanted to let you know we had a fanstastic time at your condo.loved your condo and the vacation was perfect. Weather in the 90s, warm ocean temps and not a single rain drop. Also Schooners had lobsterfest weekend and we were lucky to have live entertainment all weekend long. It was awesome!!!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Although it rained every day but one we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed sitting on the huge balcony and watching dolphins and stingrays play in the ocean. The condo was everything we had hoped for and more. We've been visiting PCB for about 30 years and this is the best place we've ever stayed and we definitely plan to revisit next year. We loved the closet full of beach toys, there is something in it for everybody.

The condo was perfect. We had 9 adults, one 9 year old and two 1 year olds. The condo was very clean and the facility was as well. I will definitely be calling you next year for accomodations. My son, Jackson, who is 9, met up with a family from Chattanooga and they had jet skis so he was able to jet ski on the ocean. He also went parasailing twice and did the slingshot. My fiance went deep sea fishing with my nephew and really enjoyed it. We ate in the condo almost every meal. On one occassion we went to Schooners and had some appetizers. It was all good. The only disappointment that I recall was there wasn't a martini waiting on me like the picture showed ;) just kidding. Thank you again for sharing such an awesome condo.

WOW! The beginning of the trip seem to be trying to spell DOOM for us as we awakened to a flat tire. Things seemed to pickup when the gentleman at Big 10 Tires up here in Birmingham felt pity for us and mounted a new tire in under five minutes ($210.00). The trip down was going pretty good until we got to Red Bay and were pulled over by Barney Fyffe. (71 in a 55? $250.00). Our spirits were still high when we arrived. Thank you for having a really nice place (PRICELESS). We were beginning to think things were just not meant to be. The moment we walked into the condo, we felt at home. The wrap around balcony gives an amazing view. Never have we been able to view both the sunrise and sunset from our deck. The weather was picture perfect. Even the tiny rain storm that did try to get in the way decided it would wait until another day. My wife Tammy lived on the Beach and a memorial has been stamped into beach chair 566 in her honor. My 5 year old, Mary Elizabeth, really enjoyed the pools and had her mother and I back and forth the entire time. She did have some fun on the beach jumping waves but its icky. We carried my 75 year old mother and her 61 year old special needs (that's mentally retarded if you were born before 1980) brother along with us. He really enjoyed playing putt-putt at The Original Goofy Golf Putt-Putt Course. My wife, little girl and I all enjoyed the go-cart tracks and amusement rides around town and at Pier Park. Mom, I think she really wants to thank you for having a place with minimal steps to beach chair 566 too. As for Restaurants, one cant go to PCB without stopping in on Capt. Andersons now can they? Everyone enjoyed the experience. Schooners next door would have been great had the mean age of the our group had been a little younger. The wife and I tried to get back there but never made it. We ate in several nights and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The last night I even boiled 4 pounds of medium shrimp from Treasure Island Seafood Market using the stock pot provided so thank you. We even caught a manatee swimming by one morning. Thanks for sharing and perhaps we can do business again real soon. Tim, Tammy & Mary Elizabeth

We had a great time while we were there. The weather was nice. The first couple of days there was a lot of seaweed, but it cleared up by Monday. We took the kids to the beach every morning and afternoon followed by the pool. We would go out to eat for lunch to get the kids out of the heat, the rest of the time we cooked in the room. This was also our way of beating the crowds. We went to Pier Park a couple of times. The condo was wonderful! I loved the wrap around balcony and all of the space. I really loved the beach chairs, however, the kids wouldn't let me enjoy them much. We would most definitely like to stay there again, if we can get the whole family together again. Thanks for the condo Angela

We had an absolute wonderful vacation. The condo was even more than we expected. Beautiful accomadations and the view was breath taking. We were staying in the front bedroom and the kids stayed in the living room. My husband likes to get up early and he was able to just step out on to the balcony and walk around and watch the sunrise without bothering the kids. We ate at Schooners several times for lunch because it was so easy and fun to just walk up from the beach. My husband and kids went on a very successful deep sea fishing trip with Gulf Pro Charters and we highly recommend them.We plan on trying several different recipes for red snapper and amber jack. Can not say enough good things about the trip. Thank you for sharing your condo and I hope you have a wonderful rest of the summer. Lee C.

we had an awesome stay! the weather was hotter than usual so we didn't spend as much time at the beach as we normally do. some of the group went parasailing and rode the banana boat. we used the chairs/umbrellas a couple of days. we went to shipwreck island, on the sea dragon cruise, visited pier park, also went to the movies one afternoon, went crab hunting a couple of nights, and went to the zoo the morning before we left. we ate breakfast and lunch at the condo and went out for dinner. my dad liked going out to st andrews park almost every day, we saw a couple of alligators. we went to montego bay, boon docks, the back porch, mikati's, angelo's, pineapple willy's (dessert), the treasure ship main dining room, and captain crabby's. the view was totally amazing - everybody absolutely loved it. lots of airplanes, both jets and the small ones with banners and we made some beautiful beach pictures at sunset. we loved the condo and the separate accesses to the balcony. we also liked having the closet to store all the "beach toys" and the covered parking was great! hope to come back next year.

We did have nice weather on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday through Friday was disappointing (weather wise), as it was rainy with tornado warnings. We ended up leaving on Friday morning since the weather was bad. We ate at Schooner's and Pineapple Willy's. We always enjoy those two restaurants! This is our seventh year in PCB for Spring Break. We tried the Brick Oven Pizza (Pier Park). It was very good! We also thought the ice-cream place in the mall was great....Kilner's (spelling??) We loved Pier Park Mall! We went there twice. We took the kids on the little train ride there. We also went into Panama City to the mall there. The kids enjoyed the bungee jumping that they had inside the mall. We took the ferry over to Shell Island; however, it was really windy the day we went. I think the storm must've been blowing in. The kids saw a large crab and several jellyfish there. The condo was beautiful! We really enjoyed it! We loved the balcony that went all the way around! The view was breathtaking!!! My family (especially my grandmother, loved the view). It was her first time to see the Gulf.We did have a fabulous time!!! Thanks for being so gracious and allowing us to rent your beautiful condo! Christi

My family stayed here in August 2008. What a great place! The unit was so neat, clean and had comfortable furniture. The access to the beach is easy and the pools are great. I have been going to PCB for over 20 years and have stayed in a lot of places all along the beach. This is, by far the BEST place I have found. I just booked our August trip for this year. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is hard to put into words exactly how much we loved this unit and complex, but we had our best vacation ever last year.

This place is fabulous. We have stayed at many places on the beach but none compare to this one. You are close to everything you need within walking distance to most things, the view is out of this world, my family and I loved every bit of it. We hope to stay for years to come. Very spacious on the inside and the balcony is awesome. In the past we have had a time with elevators no problem there are three of them and they move quick. the only down side to the whole thing is there weren't enough carts to carry in your groceries and your luggage but we had enough people so we managed great. Thanks had a great time and we loved it.

Incredible..I stayed there from 13th-22nd April.2007. The space of the condominium is so amazing! And the pictures of the place don’t do it justice. Plenty of room to entertain.. The wrap around balcony was huge! 400sq.ft.... Private beach with chairs.. Fitness facility.. Free DVD’s ... Gourmet kitchen.. Wow what a place.. Will stay again for sure! RP

This condo was exactly as it was pictured on the website! So many times, I have found they post old pic's and when you get there, there is disappointment. There was no disappointment here! The unit was very spacious, with adequate, up-to-date furnishings and supplies to meet our personal needs for our entire stay! The location and our views were PERFECT!!!! It was a close drive to all restaurants, clubs, and activities, and we had our privacy too! The layout of this end unit was amazing. The split bedrooms, separate baths and the views from all rooms were the most important factors along side the location. The wrap around balcony was absolutely awesome! We could follow the sun and sit out and enjoy the sun for hours of the early morning! Then move on out to the clean, white, sandy beaches for more sun! It was wonderful! We got everything we wanted and even more than we expected! The kids on the beach were extremely helpful and friendly! They were there to make sure we had everything we needed....umbrella up, umbrella down....."If you need anything, let's us know!" They were great!!!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Thank you so much for renting your unit to us at the Seychelles. We enjoyed the New Years Eve fireworks from the 14th floor balcony - just high up enough to see when the fireworks exploded into a spectacular show of light and color! The heated pool was a favorite of my sons. The openness of the unit inspired much relaxation. Thanks again for a wonderful week at the Seychelles in Panama City Beach!
