Brand new villa nestle on a hilltop facing the clear blue sea and overlook palm trees as far as the eye can see. VillaNoria is so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves breaking from the poolside terrace. The villa has been completely renovated in contemporary European style and is equipped with all the modern conveniences.
VillaNoria Verde is a two-story villa which has a fully furnished living room with a flat screen satellite television, an open kitchen, and powder room on the ground floor. These rooms open up to a covered private terrace in the back of the house. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with air conditioning facing the ocean. Each has two separate or adjoining twin beds and en suite bathrooms with rain showers.
The villa shares a large swimming pool and sun deck. It’s the perfect place to sunbathe or lounge around on the outdoor sofas with a book or an evening drink. More details all the way at the bottom!
Included in our standard rates we provide regular house cleaning and the weekly changing of bed linens and WiFi. Our staff is at your service when you need them. Let us know if we may assist you with airport transportation, finding your way around the area, organising excursions or renting a car or quad during your stay with us. We were lucky enough to spend ten days at Villa Noria during our recent couples trip. What a wonderful place! The spaces are clean, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed. The owner, Hans, and his wife recently renovated the property. Each villa has two identical bedrooms with en-suite baths which fit our needs perfectly. Staying up in the hills not just afforded us breathtaking views, but provided cool breezes and some quiet away from town. We hung out on the deck or by the pool whenever we stayed in. The bugs were barely noticeable too, as we learned that the owner sprays to keep them at bay. The daily cleaning service was much appreciated and the staff will even go so far as to cook meals for you if you so choose. We were grateful for the nightly watchman, which the owners kindly provides, though we found the area so safe and friendly it didn't seem necessary. The owners live up the hill and are there to answer any questions. On the days that they were not in town, they provided the number of their nice neighbor to assist us. The Samana peninsula is an easy area to navigate, safe, and hospitable. Villa Noria is about a ten minute drive from Las Terrenas, a town with a lively mix of ex-Pats and friendly locals. There is good shopping, especially if you're looking to purchase artwork, as well as delicious restaurants. (We highly recommend Mojitos just east of town and Restaurant Luis on Playa Coson.) The nightlife is also abuzz, especially at Pueblo de Los Pescadores, a strip of restaurants and bars on the beach. Though just laying on the beach and watching the kite surfers is entertaining, there are many excursions one could do. Consider taking a dip in the Limon waterfall, renting quads for the day, or discovering the beaches around Las Galeras. Thank you to Hans, his wife, and their staff for a lovely vacation. At first we want to say thank you to Hans and the service. The Villa Noria is very beautiful and clean. The Villa is very tasteful furnishings. Everything is very clean and modern. At first we wanted to rent a place near the beach but now we are really happy that we didn´t done that. On top of the hills the air is just fantastic and the view is indescribable. Sandy and his family is very nice and it feels like home. Hans and his wife were very friendly and courteous. The Villas are very safe there is also a watchman who works there the whole night. The village Las Terrenas is not so big but you can find everything you need. Allmost all of the beaches are very beauiful, especially Playa Bonita. But there are also some other beaches like Playa Coson or Playa Las Terrenas. All of these beaches are reachable by car in about ten minutes. About the owner: I have been working a large part of my life in the maritime business. Started as navigational officer followed by a career as shipbuilding project manager and shipbroker. I run my own business since 1999. The last ten years as captain and owner of a passenger sailing vessel in the north of Norway. Giving our guest this wonderful experience of being part of the dramatic nature in the arctic. Coming to the Dominican Republic on regular basis since 1986 I find this place something special. With VillaNoria we'll have an extension of our activities in Norway, the splendor and adventure of the surrounding nature and the service that will give you an unforgettable holiday

Coming to the DR since 1986 on regular basis we have been considering the perfect spot to live and have holidays. In first instance everyone would like to have a house at the beach until you realize that you will have a house full of wind, sand and salt with a bit of a blow. (And mosquitos) In 2010 we've had the opportunity to buy a private hill with magnificent views over the beach and the surrounding mountains, complete privacy and a stone drop from the beach and the village of Las Terrenas. The perfect match between privacy, the nice atmosphere of the mountains and the beaches and town in the vicinity. And... we've made a beautiful holiday spot for our guests

Driving up the small road that leads up to your villa at an altitude of 150 meters at evenings. Looking up to see the lights of your house and pool. Coming up on the terrace and feel the breeze coming from the ocean. Seeing the lights of the town below you and having a nice cool glass at the veranda. Waking up in the morning with sound of the birds and the sunlight peeking into your bedroom. The sound of the breaking waves on the background. Lifting your head a bit from the pillow so you can see the ocean and the surrounding mountains, knowing that breakfast will be ready soon. Relaxing at the pool or strolling around.
