Entrance - Martha's Vineyard Rental Once an inn, this property is generous and comfortable with three sleeping suites arranged around a central atrium, each with its own bathroom. There are five bedrooms in all, two featuring queen-sized beds with lace canopies. Owned by writers, the house has a good-sized library, as well as a study with a large desk, printer, and wireless internet access. Set from the road behind a long, white picket fence and privet hedge, the home is quiet and private, surrounded by woods. There is a porch with wicker furniture in front, and at the rear, a large deck with umbrella, hammock, grill, and table for six. Within walking distance to Lobsterville Cove Beach, the house is two short miles to the Menemsha Bike Ferry - an easy and fun crossing to Menemsha fishing village with its docks, beach, and restaurants. The house also comes with a parking permit to Lobsterville Town Beach, as well as Philbin Beach, known for its surf and views of the Gay Head Cliffs.
