Within walking distance to Lobsterville Cove Beach, the house is two short miles to the Menemsha Bike Ferry - an easy and fun crossing to Menemsha fishing village with its docks, beach, and restaurants. The house also comes with a parking permit to Lobsterville Town Beach, as well as Philbin Beach, known for its surf and views of the Gay Head Cliffs.
