Welcome to your home in the Northwoods. Enjoy our sandy beach with swim area. A 14-foot alumacraft boat is free with your rental. Motors can be rented in town. If you have your own boat, we have four piers for your use.
We have two cottages available at the resort. The doll house has two bedrooms. The first has a queen bed with space for a roll-a-way. The second has two twin beds. There is a single hide-a-bed in the living room. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and the screened in porch has a great view of the lake. The boat house has a panoramic view of Lake Tomahawk through a large picture window. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a set of bunk beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room.
All you need to bring with you is towels and washcloths, everything else is included. Cribs and highchairs are available.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1978
We are both retired, Bill from business and Pat from teaching. Our oldest child was a freshman in high school and the youngest was 2 years old the year we bought the resort. It has been a wonderful place to raise children during the summer. All of the children return with their families at some point during the summer. The summer of 2011 we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary!
All of the children and their families were home at the same time...32 in all; they took over the resort for two weeks.
Why the Owner Chose Minocqua
Pat has vacationed in the lakeland area since she was 2 years old. When it came time to buy a summer place, we naturally gravitated to the Minocqua area. Since she was teaching at the time, a summer resort seemed like a great way to offer our children a memorable summer while at the same time keeping our financial heads above water. It has truly been a fantastic place to spend our summers.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
We like the clean water of Lake Tomahawk and the fact that we can get to Minocqua by boat. Pat enjoys sitting on the front porch reading a book while being able to keep tabs on the activities at lakefront. Bill,when he's not being "caretaker" enjoys visiting with the guests.
