Three baths: a huge master bath with twin lavatories, a garden tub, a glass-enclosed shower and a large walk-in closet; the second bath has a standard tub and shower and is located between the second and third bedrooms; the third bathroom is next to the second bedroom, has twin lavatories, a large shower and a door opening directly to the pool area.

Why the Owner Chose Orlando
We wanted a place easily accessible to the Disney Parks as well as an easy drive to the Cape and Tampa Bay. Loma Vista is a centrally located site and the house and development are excellent for a stay of a week or two or even the whole season.

There is a wide range of restaurants close by catering to almost every taste - American steak houses to Italian to Chinese buffets.
Also, golf galore! When we moved in, we couldn't wait to check out the courses nearby. There is such a wide variety.
Of course, the grandkids love the mice, Minnie and Mickey and their parks!

We recently retired and had spent time in Florida for three or four years. We wanted a place not only near the Disney Parks but also centrally located so we could visit other locations (Cape Canaveral, baseball training parks, etc.) without a lot of driving. Loma Vista fits the bill and provides so much more: all types of restaurants, a wide variety of golf courses, etc.
We chose this house because of its open floor plan which also is split. Two bedrooms and baths on one side, the master bedroom suite on the other and the living areas in the middle. We also like the enclosed double garage and the private, screened in pool. A couple of years ago, we added a heater to the pool which makes it nice on chilly days.
We like it a lot and hope you will enjoy your vacation here.
