Leather furniture, travertine floors and pillow top mattresses, luxury linens and down comforters are what today's traveler prefers, but does not always finds. It's all here, large windows, spectacular views, gas fireplace, heated garage and a great location make this a perfect vacation home. Whether it's apres' ski or full dinner the fully-appointed kitchen is up to the task.
The master suite is really quite large. With a large walk-in closet, double bowl vanity, jetted tub, glass surround shower and private water closet make this space luxurious and comfortable. We chose luxury bedding to complete the experience. The bed is so comfortable we wish we had it in our home.
Our condo is located perfectly to ski the Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. 20 minutes to ski Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. Don't forget about Powder Mountain & Snowbasin. We are on the Park City bus route, but suggest you rent a car... especially since parking is underground and heated. Whole Foods & Freshmart, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theater, shopping, and more are literally within minutes of our condo.
As the locals say "we came for the winter and stayed for the summer". Summer's in Park City are spectacular. Our unit is unique, it has centrail air. Hiking, golfing, fishing or biking. A large network of trails run along the back of our condo.

As the locals say "they came for the winter and stayed for the summer". No truer words are spoken. We love the amazing snow in the winter, but summer is like a little slice of heaven. Whether you hike, bike, fish or sit on the deck the weather is great.
Why the Owner Chose Pinebrook Pointe
My husband Dave and I purchased a condo in Park City after years of skiing in Colorado & Wyoming. We found the snow to be amazing, the restaurants out of this world and you have 7 mountains you can ski in one trip to be a perfect fit for us. Add to that, when you land in Salt Lake City we are in our condo in under an hour. Travel time is wasted vacation time and Park City is the best ski town for snow, convenience and food.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Location, location, location. We searched throughout Park City when we were shopping for our condo. Two things became very obvious to us. If we wanted to ski all seven mountains we needed to make it easy to do so. With our location it is easy to ski Park City's mountains and easy to shoot to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton & Solitude as well. Heated parking was also a must. With two heated spaces and a ski locker on the same level it's easy to begin and end your day. Diner is a breeze either at the many great locations at Kimball Junction or take a short ride to Historic Main Street in Park City.
