JOSIE'S RETREAT is a newly renovated, 4 bedroom, 3 bath single family home on three wooded acres in Wilmington, just two miles to WHITEFACE MOUNTAIN. Home was built in 2000 Remodeled 2006!!!!


Four bedrooms (two with king beds, two with queen beds) and loft with trundle bed. Three full baths, master with jacuzzi tub. Large open kitchen, counter with six stools. Dining table seats eight. Three TV's with VCR and DVD, internet access. Fully equipped with all linens and towels. Game room downstairs with foosball table and double futon.

This beautifully furnished home is very spacious and well equipped.
The entry level has a 20 X 24 game room/den with a foosball table, TV/DVD/VCR a double futon and a daybed trundle. There is a large selection of children's games, toys and videos. There is also a full bath on this level. The main living level consists of an open great room with a gas fireplace, very well equipped kitchen with all new appliances and cookware. Service for 20. 3 bedrooms and a full bath with full size washer/dryer. The upper level has a large open loft with daybed and trundle, large TV/DVD/VCR. Loft overlooks the great room. The spacious master suite has a king size bed, full bath with jacuzzi tub for 2 and separate shower.
